★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiedo delle stampe: nessuno sconto per soglie, neppure per 130 pagine... Ma soprattutto dieci minuti prima dell'orario di chiusura (del negozio) la stampante è spenta e dicono che non la riaccendono neppure...
 I request prints: no discount for thresholds, not even for 130 pages ... But above all ten minutes before closing time (of the store) the printer is turned off and they say they don't even turn it back on ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto alla ragazza per ben 2 volte fototessera per visto americano, lei mi chiede se ho bisogno di misure particolari e rispondo quelle per il visto americano dato che ha una tariffa diversa mi aspetto che siano a conoscenza delle misure, ed invece torno a casa con il formato errato!!!
I asked the girl twice for a passport photo for an American visa, she asks me if I need special measures and I answer those for the American visa since it has a different rate I expect them to be aware of the measures, and instead I go home with the wrong size !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio, mi sono affidata a loro per diversi regali (cuscino, borsa, maglietta ecc) e sono sempre stata molto soddisfatta! Prezzi a mio parere giustissimi.
I tempi sono lunghi (ma comunque sempre in giornata) quando c'è molta gente o sotto festività, ma è comprensibilissimo dato che per produrre articoli di qualità ci vuole tempo.
In giornate in cui c'è poca gente in giro avrete il vostro prodotto in 1h!
Great service, I have relied on them for various gifts (pillow, bag, t-shirt, etc.) and have always been very satisfied! Prices in my opinion very right.
The times are long (but still within the day) when there are many people or during holidays, but it is understandable since it takes time to produce quality articles.
On days when there are few people around you will have your product in 1h!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle perchè bene o male la qualità delle foto è buona. Ma ho fatto stampare un puzzle da foto detto dalla commessa essere 30x40 e NON LO È visto che nella cornice 30x40 non entra visto che è piú grosso! In piú mi è stato dato già assemblato e tagliato male, e dopo 1 ora e mezza a disassemblarlo si sono rovinati dei pezzi perchè appunto tagliati male! Perchè dovrei far fare un puzzle per averlo già assemblato e smadonnare per staccare i pezzi?
2 stars because for good or bad the quality of the photos is good. But I had a photo puzzle printed by the shop assistant that it was 30x40 and it ISN'T since it doesn't fit in the 30x40 frame since it's bigger! In addition it was given to me already assembled and badly cut, and after 1 hour and a half to disassemble it some pieces were ruined because they were badly cut! Why should I have a puzzle made for having already assembled it and smadonnare to detach the pieces?

Hanno di base prezzi più alti rispetto alla concorrenza ma il clou è stato oggi, sono andata per fare una stampa di un A4 a colori su foglio un po più spesso del normale, ho chiesto il costo e mi è stato detto 1€. Il pdf da stampare era su una chiavetta…. Consegno la chiavetta stampano vado in cassa e mi dice 2€. Chiedo il perché e mi è stato risposto ‘1€ il foglio e 1€ la gestione del file da chiavetta’.
Ovviamente non è per l’euro in più ma questo a casa mia si chiama FURTO!
Only thieves! They basically have higher prices than the competition but the highlight was today, I went to do a print of an A4 in color on paper a little thicker than normal, I asked for the cost and was told 1 €. The pdf to be printed was on a stick…. I deliver the key, they print, I go to the cashier and it tells me € 2. I ask why and I was answered '€ 1 for the sheet and € 1 for managing the file from the key'.
Obviously it is not for the extra euro but this in my house is called THEFT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio eravamo in negozio SOLO io e mia moglie per un lavoro importante ma siamo stati lì almeno 5 minuti, a vedere le tre ragazze impegnate al telefonino anziché a darci retta. Le ho chiamate due volte con gentilezza ma niente. Allora con grande amarezza ce ne siamo andati a far fare il lavoro altrove. Grazie lo stesso, ma la recensione spero faccia chiarezza a chi vorrebbe capire la serietà del posto.
Rispondo al proprietario: magari la "terza persona era un'amica" che è passata a distrarre lo staff
Yesterday afternoon we were in the shop ONLY my wife and I for an important job but we were there at least 5 minutes, to see the three girls busy on their cell phones instead of listening to us. I called them twice with kindness but nothing. Then with great bitterness we left to have the work done elsewhere. Thanks all the same, but I hope the review will clarify those who would like to understand the seriousness of the place.
I reply to the owner: maybe the "third person was a friend" who went to distract the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luck plays a major role here if you want to print pics from mobile: cross your fingers people ahead in the queue have already cherry picked all the desired pictures upfront!
Printing was really fast: in 30 minutes we got our prints, just as advertised.
