★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto al titolare di stampare una copia della mia tesi di laurea (prezzo 30€). Mi ha detto che il logo dell'Università era sfocato, dunque avrei dovuto sostituirlo. Ciò è stato fatto, peccato che non mi sono resa conto che durante questo passaggio, sia saltata la formattazione ed una parola non è stata stampata nella copertina. Gli ho chiesto di venirci incontro per poter "rimediare", ma il Signore in questione mi ha chiesto di pagare "nuovamente" la copertina, al modico prezzo di 25€. A quel punto, visto che mi è sembrato esagerato, gli ho chiesto di stampare solo la "parola mancante" e quest'ultimo mi ha detto che solo per la parola mancante, avrei dovuto pagare 10€. Non è solo per una questione di soldi che sto lasciando questa recensione, ma soprattutto per una questione di principio!
Ps: In zona Bicocca TRE copie della tesi, vengono a costare 48€; è pur vero che è stata una mia scelta pagare 30€ una sola copia, ma tutto ciò che è accaduto dopo, è veramente allucinante! Infine, se il Signore dovesse dire che questo è un contatto falso, sono disposta a girare copia tramite screenshot, delle conversazioni avvenute per dimostrare che non mi sto inventando nulla.
Ps: Io arrogante e ricattatoria? Le ho fatto solo presente, che dopo il suo "rifiuto" di venirci incontro (in quanto mi avrebbe quasi fatto pagare l'intero importo della tesi per la seconda volta) si vive di recensioni e passaparola, che è la pura verità.
Spero che questa recensione possa evitare ad altre persone, di recarsi da lei ed avere brutte sorprese.

I asked the owner to print a copy of my degree thesis (price € 30). He told me that the University logo was out of focus, so I should have replaced it. This was done, too bad I didn't realize that during this step, the formatting was skipped and a word was not printed on the cover. I asked him to come and meet us in order to "fix it", but the Lord in question asked me to pay "again" the cover, at the modest price of 25 €. At that point, since it seemed exaggerated, I asked him to print only the "missing word" and the latter told me that just for the missing word, I would have to pay 10 €. It is not just a matter of money that I am leaving this review, but above all a matter of principle!
Ps: In the Bicocca area THREE copies of the thesis cost € 48; it is true that it was my choice to pay 30 € for a single copy, but everything that happened afterwards is truly mind-boggling! Finally, if the Lord were to say that this is a fake contact, I am willing to turn over copies via screenshots of the conversations that took place to prove that I am not making up anything.
Ps: I arrogant and blackmail? I only pointed out to her that after her "refusal" to come and meet us (as she would have almost made me pay the full amount of the thesis for the second time) she lives on reviews and word of mouth, which is the pure truth.
I hope this review will prevent other people from going to her and having nasty surprises.

Oltre alla qualità altissima dei prodotti, e al prezzo davvero accessibile, mi ha colpito quanto fossero gentili e disponibili. Dovevo stampare una maglietta da regalare a mio fratello, lui faceva spesso queste cose, ma per me era la primissima volta e mi sono trovata benissimo qui. Ad essere onesta avevo letto delle recensioni prima di venire e avevo davvero paura di rischiare dato che alcune erano ad una stella, ma non se le meritano per niente. Super consigliato e super disponibili, grazie mille, a presto:)
