Al momento dell'acquisto, il venditore mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione: "è in ottime condizioni, abbiamo revisionato tutto, ma non si preoccupi, per qualunque cosa, la garanzia è di un anno". Dopo due mesi ho problemi al filtro del gpl, la mostro a loro, entro un giorno lo avevano già cambiato e mi hanno presentato il conto (ma non era in garanzia? e se avessi voluto andare da un altro meccanico meno caro?). Ora, nei sei mesi successivi ho già scoperto che: la batteria era scarica; un faro anteriore era stato rimontato malamente dopo un urto; l'impianto dell'aria condizionata era scarico. Chissà quante altre ne scoprirò, nell'anno di garanzia che mi avevano promesso. E la loro risposta è stata: "normale usura, noi non ne rispondiamo". Bad experience with buying a used car. After two months I have problems with the LPG filter, I show it to them, within a day they had already changed it and presented me with the bill (but it was not under warranty? What if I wanted to go to another less expensive mechanic?). Now, in the next six months I have already found that: the battery was dead; a headlight had been badly reassembled after a collision; the air conditioning system was drained. Who knows how many more I will discover, in the guarantee year they promised me. And their response was: "normal wear, we are not responsible for it".

Al momento della consegna è sorto un piccolo problema tecnico di calibrazione del radar: si sono subito attivati per portare la macchina in Maserati e me l'hanno riconsegnata in tempi brevissimi.
