purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso delle persone che hanno consegnato e assemblato la cyclette, a casa. Sono venuti dei trasportatori che di fatto non conoscendo il prodotto non hanno assemblato bene la cyclette ( ho dovuto fissare io stessa pedali e sella che non erano stati montati a dovere) e non hanno dato nessuna iindicazione circa l'utilizzo del prodotto.
Considerato l'elevato prezzo pagato per la consegna e montaggio ritengo il servizio poco professionale .
The product is good, the staff at the point of sale are kind and competent,
unfortunately I can't say the same about the people who delivered and assembled the exercise bike at home. Some transporters came who did not know the product and did not assemble the exercise bike well (I had to fix the pedals and saddle myself that had not been mounted properly) and did not give any indication about the use of the product.
Considering the high price paid for delivery and assembly, I consider the service unprofessional.
