★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 27 Ottobre mi sono recato da Todaro sport e il commesso mi ha comunicato che c’era il 20% di sconto sulla minuteria. Di conseguenza ho comprato due oggetti di minuteria. Annuncio che pago con il cellulare (carta) e mi fa pagare. L’importo era di 20€ scontato 16€ come riferito anche dal commesso.
Esco dal locale con “lo scontrino” di 16€ e poi mi arriva la notifica di Fineco con l’importo di 20€.
Torno nel negozio illustrando il problema e mi vengono restituiti 4€ scusandosi e dicendo che era stato commesso un errore.
Ora, mi chiedo, avendo visto anche lo scontrino fiscale dentro la loro cassa con su scritto 20€ e il mio non scontrino ma documento commerciale a 16€, quale errore si puo aver mai commesso se non quello di inc**are il cliente? Magari ricevendo spiegazioni su come sia possibile l’errore rivedrò la recensione, anche se non è neanche la prima esperienza negativa che ho avuto, considerando anche l’acquisto di un mulinello oltre i 400 euro senza aver ricevuto scontrino fiscale. Sicuramente la colpa è anche mia che sono tornato. Non si ripeterà più l’errore da parte mia.

Perhaps receiving explanations on how the error is possible, I will review the review, even if it is not even the first negative experience I have had, also considering the purchase of a reel over 400 euros without having received a receipt. Surely it's also my fault that I'm back. My mistake will never be repeated.

E sempre possibile trovare info chiamado uno dei due punti vendita, inoltre è possibile ordinare gli articoli sul sito e ritirarli in una delle 2 sedi.
Personale competente ma mai invadente.
Prezzi non i più bassi di Italia ma come detto in precedenza vi è un vastissimo assortimento e articoli quasi introvabili e/o molto specialistici.

It is always possible to find info by calling one of the two points of sale, it is also possible to order the items on the site and collect them in one of the 2 locations.
Competent but never intrusive staff.
Prices are not the lowest in Italy but as mentioned above there is a vast assortment and almost unobtainable and / or very specialized items.
