★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza cruda e con ingredienti mancanti, bufala presa come antipasto acida, veramente scandaloso, solo perché avevo preso d’asporto altrimenti avrei rimandato tutto indietro. Una sola persona che si occupa del forno e della cucina, ma come si fa ? La prima foto è quella della loro pizza, la seconda è quella che faccio io, la prossima volta vi insegno come si fa !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrato in pizzeria ho subito sentito un leggero odore di bruciato, speravo di sbagliarmi ma....purtroppo no, la pizza al di sotto risultava molto bruciacchiata, e quindi ne ho lasciata più della metà, non solo per il retrogusto amaro che il cibo bruciato lascia in bocca, ma soprattutto per la sua pericolosità (cancerogeno, per la presenza di acrillammide).
Comunque nel complesso locale carino, posizione molto appartata, ingredienti buoni, ma c'è da migliorare. Sono sicuro che ci riuscirete.

Come dice Errico Porzio, cottura lenta, docile e mai aggressiva...
As soon as I entered the pizzeria I immediately felt a slight smell of burning, I was hoping I was wrong but ... unfortunately no, the pizza below was very charred, and therefore I left more than half of it, not only for the bitter aftertaste that the burnt food leaves in the mouth, but above all for its danger (carcinogenic, due to the presence of acrylamide).
Anyway overall nice place, very secluded location, good ingredients, but there is room for improvement. I am sure you will succeed.

As Errico Porzio says, slow cooking, docile and never aggressive ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera siamo stati a mangiare da Johnny! La sua pizza a portafoglio è molto rinomata e anche il suo folcloristico "Ape car". Pizza sapientemente creata. Si sente che gli ingredienti sono di qualità, che la mozzarella è di "giù", che il sugo è molto buono e ben fatto. Non c'è dubbio che sia una pizza napoletana doc! Pure i prezzi sono molto concorrenziali, quindi sicuramente è una pizzeria che consiglierei.
