Optando per il menù degustazione, con piatti a scelta dello chef usando prodotti di stagione, si intraprende un cammino molto interessante tra diverse consistenze e sapori equilibrati e molto interessanti. Tutti i piatti sono preparati con ingredienti di qualità e ben combinati fra loro. Il servizio è impeccabile, sempre molto attento. La spiegazione dei piatti è la nota di classe che mostra l'estrema passione e dedizione posta nel lavoro. Very sober place, open kitchen, a lot of cleanliness and precision. By opting for the tasting menu, with dishes chosen by the chef using seasonal products, a very interesting journey is undertaken between different textures and balanced and very interesting flavors. All dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and well combined with each other. The service is impeccable, always very attentive. The explanation of the dishes is the class note that shows the extreme passion and dedication placed in the work.

Davvero gentile da parte loro...lo consiglio per una cena diversa dal solito! Prezzi onesti! I ate in this little place in the center of Perugia, a nice surprise we had booked the afternoon for the same evening and I, being gluten intolerant, they had prepared a whole gluten-free menu for me! Really nice of them ... I recommend it for a different dinner than usual! Honest prices!

Een heerlijk menu degustazione (40 euro) waarbij elk gerecht weer een absolute verassing is, een lekkere wijn uit de regio (27 euro) en tot slot een dame in de bediening die absoluut haar vak verstaat. This is exactly what I longed for after so many weeks in Italy. Perfection at its best. A delicious menu degustazione (40 euros) where every dish is an absolute surprise, a delicious wine from the region (27 euros) and finally a lady in the service who absolutely knows her trade.

Però, dato che il ristorante lavora principalmente con menù degustazione stagionali, abbiamo deciso di provarli: è stata una scelta decisamente felice, perché la cucina è senza dubbio la migliore provata a Perugia e dintorni. La cameriera del ristorante è gentilissima, attenta e molto, molto preparata sia sui piatti che sui vini. Il locale è raffinato e curato, così come è curatissima la presentazione dei piatti, che non sono mai banali. Sia il menù vegetariano, sia quello non, sono pensati con attenzione ed eseguiti magistralmente e con precisione, a partire da ingredienti di altissima qualità. Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante l'ultimo giorno della nostra permanenza a Perugia, altrimenti ci saremmo tornati volentieri. Il conto, per una cena di questo livello, è stato davvero contenuto. Se siete a Perugia non perdete l'occasione di andare ad AVVERSO, non ve ne pentirete. Complimenti! Extraordinary experience. We found this restaurant by accident, and came in with the idea of ordering a la carte. However, given that the restaurant mainly works with seasonal tasting menus, we decided to try them: it was a very happy choice, because the cuisine is undoubtedly the best tried in Perugia and its surroundings. The waitress of the restaurant is very kind, attentive and very, very prepared both on the dishes and on the wines. The restaurant is refined and cared for, as is the presentation of the dishes, which are never banal. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are carefully thought out and masterfully and precisely executed, starting from the highest quality ingredients. Unfortunately we discovered this restaurant on the last day of our stay in Perugia, otherwise we would have gladly returned. The bill, for a dinner of this level, was really small. If you are in Perugia do not miss the opportunity to go to AVVERSO, you will not regret it. Well done!
