★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read a negative review about Fresssco and I am writing to say that I don't understand. I don't write reviews but this time I must. I have eaten at Fresssco many times since I have been staying in Perugia and I think that it is one of the best restaurants I have seen in Italy. The food is excellent, all sousvide and very top quality. The staff is very friendly so I don't understand why this girl says this. Just to point out 1. Fresssco is a self service restaurant. I think you didn't read the instructions so well like you say. You must go to the cash to make your order but often the staff comes to you anyway. 2. €21 plus 30% (your discount) = €27,30 not €50,00 and you must not forget you paid €21,00 for two plates of fresh pasta I am sure were very good and the excellent pulled pork second course. I think this is really something unfair you are saying.

I definitely recommend it!
Come and try the best cappuccino in Perugia.
