★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is one of the few medieval themed ones in Perugia (paradoxically for such a city), although it has elements from fantasy which don't really fit. Aside from the atmosphere, the service has been really slow (hours of wait) even for a holiday. The chairs are hard wooden made so they are quite uncomfortable (especially during a long wait time) and the bathroom had no soap or paper sheets whatsoever (just the air dryer) at that moment. The food is desirable and the servings are generous, prices are average for a restaurant in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect . We had home made papardelle with wild boar ragout and home made macaroni with white truffle sauce . Delicious ! The chefs roasted meat was simply awesome. we enjoyed everything . At last we drank big wine jug too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I read myself few reviews and I was really thrilled with the mediaeval atmosphere. From my point of view the place is really good. The dishes were nice the waiters were competent, and they knew what wine were best for the meal we were ordering. We were ordering a good portions of the menu and was all really good fresh and homemade. Follow always the waiter suggestions, they know what they are talking about. Raccomanded.

We stepped in quite randomly, and we were surprised by the quality of the food and the kindness of the people inside. taking a tipical starter and a first plate is definitely recommended, along with a glass of wine of the area. Definitely a very good restaurant.
