R	Roxy Delfino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietà soprattutto per quanto riguarda le promozioni per attirare i clienti dove se uno vince loro cercano una scusa per non dare il premio guadagnato. È successo già a due persone da me conosciute perché lavorano nel campo della ricostruzione unghie ed è una vergogna che una azienda che dovrebbe essere seria e professionale preferisca farsi una brutta reputazione per un premio di un valore minore 50€. Sono ancora incredula ..ma ho potuto constatare che è la triste realtà! Very serious, especially regarding promotions to attract customers where if one wins they look for an excuse not to give the prize earned. It has already happened to two people known to me because they work in the field of nail reconstruction and it is a shame that a company that should be serious and professional prefers to get a bad reputation for a prize of less than € 50. I'm still incredulous .. but I could see that it's the sad reality!

La prima volta mi e stato detto che non c'è il prodotto che cercavo ma che devo continuare a seguire la loro pagina per vedere gli sconti che sono sempre aggiornati. Esco fuori dal negozio , cerco un altro prodotto in offerta simile al primo , rientro nel negozio , chiedo alla commessa e mi viene detto che, se lo voglio, devo fare l'ordine on line. Sul sito non c'è scritto che le promozioni sono valide esclusivamente on line, ed e cosi che ho perso solamente tempo a venire nel vostro negozio e cercare cose che non ci sono. Ora giudicate voi! I give this rating because I went to the store and asked about the promotions that were active on their site. The first time I was told that there is no product I was looking for but that I have to keep following their page to see the discounts which are always up to date. I go out of the shop, I look for another product on offer similar to the first one, I go back to the shop, I ask the shop assistant and I am told that, if I want it, I have to place the order online. The site does not say that the promotions are only valid online, and that's how I just wasted time coming to your shop and looking for things that aren't there. Now judge for yourself!

Il colore non era steso bene, pulizia unghia, cuticole non è stata effettuata. NoN Consiglio assolutamente!!! I went to the beauty center to do the semi-permanent, after 2 days the color came off and 3 broken nails. The color was not spread well, nail cleaning, cuticles was not carried out. NoN I absolutely recommend !!!
