Oggi passo e con garbo e gentilezza chiedo se è possibile usufruirne. Sono rimasta basita dalla scortesia e arroganza della titolare. Il buono vale 6 mesi. Dipende da che importi è. Appena ha visto che era di 100€ ha esordito dicendo che no. Facendo una polemica assurda. Ok era scaduto, da 6 giorni non 6 mesi, magari invece che 100 mi acconsentì a spenderne 50.... Per quanto ne sa lei io sarei potuta essere in ospedale e sicuramente il buono non sarebbe stato il mio primo pensiero. Non ci tornerò mai più, più che altro per il modo in cui sono stata trattata. Vi sono libri per tutte le età e la titolare, la Signora Cinzia, è veramente preparata. Soprattutto ama il suo lavoro. Si mette lì a consigliare ogni cliente, ascoltando le esigenze e i gusti per poi accompagnarlo alla scelta migliore. Ho consigliato il negozio anche ad una mia amica che cercava un regalo per la nipote: non è stata delusa ed ha detto che tornerà certamente alla libreria di Cinzia. Come ovviamente farò io, per acquistare i miei libri di lettura e i regali pasquali per i miei figli.
