L'amore e la passione che traspare tra il docente e gli allievi dimostra l'eccellenza di questo istituto statale. Quest'anno è venuto il momento di iscrivere il primo nipotino arrivato alle superiori... vincendo le resistenze dei genitori... lui sembra molto soddisfatto I met a Chef and some students of this school at the demonstrations at the Ipercoop in via Livorno. Il corpo decente è molto valido e ha voglia di insegnare agli studenti meno volenterosi. Inoltre le materie non sono difficili. Consiglio tantissimo questa scuola a chi vuole diventare un cuoco, o un barman, ecc. La mia esperienza con questa scuola non è ancora finita e spero che non finirà. It is a really satisfying and beautiful school, the kitchens are really great and there is a lot of possibility to learn new dishes and delights of all kinds. The decent body is very good and wants to teach less willing students. Furthermore, the subjects are not difficult. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to become a cook, or a barman, etc. My experience with this school is not over yet and I hope it will not end.

Ho frequentato questa scuola che mi ha dato molto e mi ha fatto crescere insegnandomi disciplina e una professione, il cuoco. Quando ho iniziato mi fu detto che era la scuola d'Italia con il più alto numero di dimissioni nel triennio per la difficoltà e per quanto fosse alta l'aspettativa di media voti. Era tutto vero. Io ho terminato diplomandomi e come da aspettative mi ha aperto subito la strada nel mondo del lavoro nella ristorazione. Si sono susseguiti ottimi insegnanti di tantissime materie nonostante le innumerevoli riforme che ne hanno modificato non poco la difficoltà e il bisogno di un incremento di ore pratiche piuttosto che teoriche. La sua struttura è stata creata per sembrare un albergo con aule per le lezioni, cucine, locale magazzino/dispensa, 2 pasticcerie, aula di enologia, reception, spogliatoi, palestre e riproduzioni di alcune stanze d'albergo. Esperienza davvero ottima e formativa. Consigliata. State professional school for hospitality and catering services.
