★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!!,ho chiesto un colore e non pretendevo assolutamente un risultato identico alla foto tra l'altro salvata dal loro sito ma almeno un colore decente e non casuale come quello che mi sono ritrovata ....lo definirei colore ruggine di cancello!!!passare un pomeriggio intero in un piccolo salone super affollato,il taglio giusto una sforbiciata perche una cliente abituale richiedeva il servizio e quindi io sono passata in terzo piano!!e spendere ben 200 euro senza neppure che abbiano ammesso di avere sbagliato qualcosina!!!Che delusione!!!Dopo alcuni lavaggi ho dovuto andare da un altro parrucchiere per avere almeno un aspetto decente!!

 Bad experience !!!, I asked for a color and I absolutely did not expect a result identical to the photo, among other things, saved from their site but at least a decent and not random color like the one I found myself .... I would define it as the rust color of gate !!! spend an entire afternoon in a small super crowded salon, the right cut a scissor kick because a regular customer required the service and then I went to the third floor !! and spend a good 200 euros without even admitting that they were wrong a little something !!! What a disappointment !!! After a few washes I had to go to another hairdresser to have at least a decent look !!

Ora, con una lunghezza di capelli di meno della metà dell'anno scorso ho pagato di più per un servizio che, seppur in parte di qualità, non corrisponde sempre a quanto richiesto. Un aumento così grande non è giustificato dai proprietari, non disponibile a chiarire i prezzi dei singoli servizi, non visibili in negozio.
I have been attending the salon for a long time, and from time to time the prices have gone up exponentially, without changing the service. Now, with a hair length of less than half last year, I paid more for a service that, although partly of quality, does not always correspond to what was requested. Such a large increase is not justified by the owners, not available to clarify the prices of individual services, not visible in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivata con capelli inguardabili (post estate) e uscita con capelli che belli così li ho visti solo in foto sui social ?. Davvero una cura maniacale ( in senso positivo) nella tinta e nella protezione del capello. Taglio con poche mosse subito bellissimo ? Staff super preparato, professionale e gentilissimo. Ci vuole un po’ di pazienza perché per lavori così ben fatti ci vuole tempo ma ne vale davvero la pena. Grazie allo staff Jeanette.
She arrived with unwatchable hair (post summer) and went out with hair that was so beautiful I only saw them in photos on social media ?. Really a maniacal care (in a positive sense) in the color and protection of the hair. Cut with a few moves immediately beautiful ? Super trained, professional and very kind staff. It takes a little patience because it takes time to work so well done, but it's really worth it. Thanks to the staff Jeanette.
