Nail shop host is rude.i have been here before and had agreat experienceexperience.the two times I've attpemted to get gel polish now I need an appointment.it clearly say walkinw welcome wont ever return...due to rude staff.

I loved this salon when I lived in Italy. My Italian wasn't very good, but the staff was always patient and friendly. My manicures always lasted and the massages were very nice

I love this salon. It’s very nice, it’s very clean, the girls who work there are always kind to me and helpful and patient with me as I do not speak Italian. The front desk staff is wonderful as well as the technicians. My manicures last much longer than they do anywhere else. They do such a good job, all of them. I also love to get massages and facials from Melania, she is super wonderful. This is the only nail salon I use now. No one else is as good. I recommend it.

I have been going to this salon pretty regularly. I always get the "semi-permanente" UV gel nails and I like that they offer a thicker "base rinforzata" option on request. In general, I am really hard on my nails and they break easily no matter what salon I go to, so the reinforced base layer helps them last longer. The salon is part of a chain so it has a more "corporate" it feel to it and I really love how clean it is. They use an autoclave to sterilize all of the tools and frequently spray surfaces with disinfectant. As an American and non-speaker of Italian, they are super patient with my lack of Italian and don't mind if I need to pull out google translate. I have also gotten pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They have a "coco" hard wax option that is good for sensitive skin like mine. They are located at the Quarto mall (Centro Commerciale Quarto Nuovo) near the McDonald's. Parking is normally pretty easy. If you drive all the way around the building, you will see an outdoor dining area and a small children's amusement park. That is the closest entrance. Be warned that they also have a separate HAIR salon located elsewhere in the mall, but that is not where you get your nails done. If you want a walk-in appointment, it's best to go first thing at opening or during riposa. If they are too busy, you might have to come back later. My only challenge is that sometimes I will make a follow-up appointment (in person) about 10 days in advance but later might need to cancel it due to an unexpected scheduling conflict. Without speaking Italian, I cannot easily cancel it by phone and it's stressful because I don't want to just be a "no show." Other than that, I cannot fault this salon. The quality and customer service is very good, so give them a try!
