Profumeria con personale qualificato, merce ben esposta, che "sponsorizza" i marchi dei profumi e dei cosmetici alla vendita assicurata! L'imbarazzo è solo della scelta...! Stamattina 14 ottobre 2021 sono stata presso il negozio Mallardo al Quarto nuovo, e ho avuto il " piacere" di trovare due dipendenti che probabilmente non hanno mai lavorato nel customer care siccome di professionale non avevano nulla. Alle mie domande per essere aiutata non mi hanno praticamente calcolata di striscio. Mi hanno fatto una confezione regalo con della carta che probabilmente proveniva dallo scorso Natale, tutta graffiata e stropicciata, me ne sono resa conto solo una volta tornata a casa . VOTO ZERO, non per il posto ma per le commesse di stamattina. One star is also enough. Quando si sono rese conto della mia presenza mi hanno guardata senza neanche accennare un saluto... Così ho chiesto aiuto in merito ad un prodotto ed una mi ha fatto il piacere di rispondermi con aria indispettita e stufata... Arrivata alla cassa dopo 5 minuti arriva una di loro e mi fa pagare ,senza ne salutarmi prima ne durante ne dopo ... Credo vivamente che nella scelta del personale l'azienda selezioni solo persone arroganti maleducate ed inappropriate! So I asked for help regarding a product and one of them made me happy to reply with an annoyed and bored air ... I strongly believe that in the choice of personnel the company selects only arrogant, rude and inappropriate people!

Rientrata a casa mi accorgo che il prodotto non c’era e che la confezione era stata più volte chiusa con sckoc. La cosa più irritante è la risposta telefonica della commessa che mette in dubbio la mia buona fede. complimenti per il personale !!!
