Ho acquistato in questo negozio, per Natale un gift card a mia madre. Ieri 13 gennaio 2019 mia madre si è recata alla medesima sede munita di gift card per fare shopping. Si è vista rifiutare il buono, perché non aveva anche lo scontrino di Dorabella e senza quest'ultimo aveva perso la possibilità di usufruirlo.
In qualsiasi azienda o catena di abbigliamento è sufficiente portare la gift card ed usarla, perché solo da voi accadono queste assurdità?
Very embittered!
I bought a gift card for my mother in this shop for Christmas. Yesterday 13 January 2019 my mother went to the same office with a gift card to go shopping. The voucher was refused, because she did not also have Dorabella's receipt and without the latter she had lost the opportunity to use it.
In any company or clothing chain it is sufficient to bring the gift card and use it, because only you do this nonsense?

I have been a customer for years and tonight to have entered politely almost closing time, the clerk on duty with rudeness put me at the door. Exhausted and rude woman !!! And when I told her that customers are not treated like that, I he replied that he had been there for 12 hours! Complain to his employer, shameful !!!
