★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi, non ordinerò mai più neanche un calzino da jd sport online, mettono super prezzi, ti confermano l'ordine, ti dicono che è stato spedito e sucessivamente ti ritrovi un rimborso parziale dell'ordine, senza nessuna motivazione,a questo punto non sai cosa riceverai e cosa no. Anche con contatto mail nessuna risposta, niente spariti. Non è così che si trattano i clienti, per me possono chiudere domani.
Really bad, I will never order a sock from jd sport online again, they put super prices, they confirm the order, they tell you that it has been shipped and then you get a partial refund of the order, without any reason, at this point you do not you know what you will receive and what not. Even with mail contact no response, nothing disappeared. That's not how customers are treated, for me they can close tomorrow.

I spent this morning at the Cremona shop, the orders are kind and helpful, but the shop manager is inadequate for the role he re-enters as well as a blown balloon, absolutely to be replaced.

Mi ritrovo in questo negozio al sabato pomeriggio e 10 commessi invadenti, con le mani in tasca, mi fissano mentre sto guardando la merce.
Inoltre, chiedendo un informazione per un determinato paio di scarpe, uno di loro cerca di rifilarmi un paio che non mi piacciono ad un prezzo fuori di testa.
Io mi chiedo al direttore, se potrebbe fare dei tagli di personale ed far assumere gente competente
Worst JD I've ever seen.
I find myself in this shop on Saturday afternoon and 10 pushy shop assistants, with their hands in their pockets, stare at me while I'm looking at the goods.
Also, asking for information for a certain pair of shoes, one of them tries to give me a pair that I don't like at a crazy price.
I ask the director if he could cut staff and hire competent people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La disorganizzazione totale. Effettuato un ordine 1 mese e mezzo fa, merce mai arrivata e continue informazioni discordanti ad ogni telefonata per richiesta info. In base a chi risponde indicazioni totalmente diverse. Stufo di tutto ciò chiedo il rimborso di quanto già anticipato e mi viene riferito di presentarmi con lo scontrino, ma sorpresa quando mi reco in negozio, serve anche la carta bancomat con cui avevo pagato che non ho con me. Risultato niente rimborso e viaggio a vuoto. ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI
Total disorganization. An order was placed 1 month and a half ago, goods never arrived and continuous conflicting information with every phone call to request info. According to who answers totally different indications. Fed up with all this, I ask for a refund of what has already been paid in advance and I am told to show up with the receipt, but surprised when I go to the shop, I also need the ATM card with which I had paid that I do not have with me. Result: no refund and empty trip. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma anche mai più. Entro per cercare una felpa, sono praticamente costretta dall'insistenza del commesso a ordinare al totem con lui. Scopro solo dopo che devo pagare anche prima di ricevere la merce, che a guardare indietro ora la vedo come una ? enorme! Penso non mi sia mai capitato in vita mia di ordinare qualcosa in-shop e dover pagare ancora prima di vedere cos'ho preso. Assolutamente pessimo!! È già una settimana che l'ordine è spedito ma non è mai arrivato. ?
A breve andrò a chiedere il rimborso anche perché per il momento mi han rubato 90€ per una felpa che chissà quando vedrò.
