Non sanno comportarsi con i clienti e ti tengono ore intere per mancanza di esperienza nel settore.. Gold too expensive ... In estate ,in seguito a mia richiesta ho appreso che tale somma era stata dimezzata e in dicembre era stata tramutata in punti che non valgono nulla per un ulteriore acquisto. Penso che questo non sia un comportamento serio e viene meno la credibilità del brand. I purchased a jewel on January 13, 2020 for which a sum to be spent throughout the year was credited to my blue spirit card. In the summer, following my request, I learned that this sum had been halved and in December it had been turned into points that are worth nothing for a further purchase. I think this is not serious behavior and the credibility of the brand is lost.
