★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la settimana scorsa con ritiro in negozio perchè a casa non ci sono ad aspettare il corriere. Stamattina è arrivata la mail testualmente dice "Buone notizie! Il tuo ordine #... è ufficialmente arrivato al negozio Affi e ti sta aspettando! Ti ricordiamo che hai a disposizione 14gg per ritirarlo ....". Io disto 50 km son partito poco dopo, visto che avevo un pò di tempo a disposizone, arrivo 2h10' dopo della mail (quindi non dopo pochi minuti) e in negozio controllano in magazzino e mi rispondono che non è ancora arrivato. Mostro la mail dove dice che è arrivato in negozio ma mi risponde in modo gentile che si è arrivato ma non è ancora realmente arrivato. Di tornare nei prossimi giorni per esempio lunedì. Non sarà colpa del negozio, fatto sta che in italiano la mail significa che posso ritirare. Quindi se ordinate online e abitate lontani prima chiamate oppure aspettate, altrimenti butterete via carburante e tempo per niente. Sto valutando di acquistarlo da un'altra parte, per non spendere ancora in autostrada, tempo e carburante per tornare appositamente.
Aggiornamento: la mail di jd sport dice che dopo 14gg la merce non ritirata torna automaticamente indietro e viene rimborsata, ad oggi 20/1 (quindi quasi un mese dopo) nessun rimborso anzi sembra che la merce sia ancora in negozio
I ordered last week with collection in the store because there are no couriers waiting at home. This morning the e-mail text came saying "Good news! Your order # ... has officially arrived at the Affi store and is waiting for you! We remind you that you have 14 days to collect it ....". I am 50 km away and I left shortly after, since I had some time available, I arrive 2h10 'after the email (so not after a few minutes) and in the shop they check the warehouse and they reply that it has not yet arrived. I show the email where it says that it has arrived in the shop but it replies politely that it has arrived but it has not really arrived yet. To come back in the next few days for example on Monday. It will not be the shop's fault, the fact is that in Italian the email means that I can collect. So if you order online and live far away first call or wait, otherwise you will waste fuel and time for nothing. I am considering buying it somewhere else, so as not to spend more time and fuel on the motorway to return on purpose.
Update: the email from jd sport says that after 14 days the goods not collected automatically come back and are refunded, as of today 20/1 (so almost a month later) no refunds indeed it seems that the goods are still in the shop
