★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fillipo der Store Manager und die sehr gut deutsch sprechende Ilaria kümmern sich umfassend um die Belange der Kunden. Wir haben eine grosse Einbauküche samt aller Elektrogeräte gekauft. Lieferung und Montage haben absolut pünktlich geklappt. Die Verspätung des Weinkühlschranks geht auf Corona und nicht auf die beiden.
 Fillipo the store manager and Ilaria, who speaks very good German, take care of the needs of the customers. We bought a large fitted kitchen including all electrical appliances. Delivery and assembly went absolutely on time. The delay in the wine fridge is due to Corona and not to the two of them.

Il servizio di montaggio è stato ottimo e il risultato molto soddisfacente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato la cucina da Rima Arredamenti seguita da Filippo e non posso che essere soddisfatta della mia scelta. Personale competente e disponibile. Sono stati pazienti con me perché ho ritardato il montaggio a causa di un rallentamento dei lavori e sono venuti a montarmela quando gli ho detto di essere pronta. Il montaggio è stato veloce e preciso, l'unico disservizio che posso aver riscontrato è che il ritiro degli scatoloni da imballaggio non è incluso (cosa che mi era stata riferita prima dell'acquisto e che quindi già ne ero a conoscenza). Consiglio il negozio per i prodotti ma anche per lo staff, che è stato capace di realizzare la mia cucina come la desideravo. Grazie!
I bought the kitchen from Rima Arredamenti followed by Filippo and I can only be satisfied with my choice. Competent and helpful staff. They were patient with me because I delayed editing due to a slowdown in the work and they came to put it on for me when I told them I was ready. The assembly was fast and precise, the only disservice I could have encountered is that the collection of the packing boxes is not included (which was reported to me before the purchase and therefore I was already aware of it). I recommend the shop for the products but also for the staff, who were able to create my kitchen as I wanted it. Thank you!

For furnishing the house my wife and I, we relied on Filippo, who guided us in the choice of kitchen, bedroom and child's bedroom. Filippo proved to be a valid, competent and attentive person to our needs. The clean and tidy fitters are also good.

Nonostante ciò, però, l'arredatore, con professionalità, una disponibilità illimitata e tanto tanto talento ha creato una casa su misura per me, come un abito che mi sta bene addosso e sento già mio. Dei mobili, poi, che dire? Pezzi unici, incredibili e straordinari. Non potevo chiedere di meglio. Volevo, tra l'altro, ringraziare anche chi ha montato i mobili. Sono stati in gamba, puliti, veloci, seri, gentili e super professionali, non tirandosi mai indietro. Sono pronta ad entrare nella mia casa dei sogni e sono felice di farlo insieme a voi.
