Preparatissimo, gentilissimo e davvero simpatico. Mi ha consigliato al meglio sistemando il tutto al giusto prezzo. Consigliatissimo! Da qui ho preso subito fiducia, mi è piaciuto il suo di comunicare. Ho fatto così come mi ha consigliato ed in 5 min ha centrato il problema risolvendo, cosa che altri meccanici da cui mi ero fermato non mi hanno "aimè" saputo risolvere. Che dire, senza parole. Fin da subito Gianni, il proprietario, mi ha trovato la soluzione per il trasporto(il mezzo era fermo e non marciante), poi nella sua officina hanno capito e risolto il problema con una grande attenzione sui costi, trovando il miglior compromesso possibile e infine hanno fatto un check totale sul mezzo che per fortuna mi ha consentito di anticipare successive problematiche. Ogni passaggio è stato spiegato nel dettaglio e con la volontà di far capire, a chi come me non mastica troppo certi argomenti, quale fosse il problema e la potenziale soluzione. Oltre alla cura maniacale del mezzo e del cliente aggiungerei anche una grande capacità comunicativa e simpatia (che non guasta). C O N S I G L I A T I S S I M O !!! Avevo bisogno di un consiglio riguardante le membrane dei carburatori della mia Honda Vfr750 se fidarmi o meno ai Kit esistenti in commercio e ai materiali in esso, considerando agli originali a prezzi spropositati e fuori luogo all'acquisto. Gianni telefonicamente si e' messo a disposizione anche se il materiale non era reperibile ma personalmente sono rimasto contento della sua con cortesia e serietà . Consigliato!!
