Trattamento davvero sgarbato e che evidenzia la pessima capacità di interazione e comunicazione. Non posso immagine quelle di vendita . Le mie stelle non sono date a caso, ma in base al rapporto che si crea o non crea con il cliente. In questo caso, i vostri modi sgarbati e poco accoglienti verso un cliente che si è fatto chilometri per venire da voi, hanno dato esito a questa valutazione. Molto bravi a gestire le visite con appuntamento garantendo sicurezza Non e' possibile a leggere commenti di persone maleducate che si lamentano per non aver preso appuntamento e che gli ricordano che andava preso. Dove vivete , su marte? il covid ce' dal 2020 . Portate rispetto a chi lavora , loro (janeselli ) rispettano regole e buon senso e anche in molti posti lavorano su appuntamento per garantire sicurezza clienti. D	Draco Bruun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido appieno il commento di Arthur, gia' mi immagino la scena di sta truppa familiare di sei persone che arrivano in negozio ,senza appuntamento, fingendosi stupiti per il fatto che ci voglia appuntamento, pretendendo ugualmente di accedervi come nulla fosse. Gli vengono ricordati i regolamenti per la sicurezza collettiva ,dal personale preposto, imposti da decreti MInisteriali in conseguenza a momenti emergenziali del covid .Gli vengono ricordati perche' non afferrano il concetto e questi hanno pure da alzare il naso. Un mese fa se ben ricordo eravamo ancora in zona gialla o arancio C'e' poco da storcere il naso perche' ricordo che in quasi tutti i negozi che non siano supermercati, si poteva accedere solo con appuntamento e in 2 sole persone per nucleo familiare. E voi vi presentate in sei? auhauhauhauuauha .. patetici. Anch' io non li avrei fatti entrare. Ma vi han fatti entrare. Volete accedere ai loro servizi e consulenza? chiamate e fissate appuntamento, come fanno tutti ,come ho fatto io! Non sapevate che ci vuole appuntamento? leggete e informatevi anziche' caricare fotine penose sui vostri profili. Non vi sta bene? E' un problema vostro, non degli altri. Non e' mica difficile da comprendere... Avete pure arie e mettete giudizi negativi per le vostre deficienze e non conoscenze? Fate ridere i polli a chi vi legge. Ho trovato difficoltà con tutte le fasi, ordine, montaggio (hanno tolto i battiscopa e non li hanno rimontati), e qualità. E' un bagno e c'è una doccia, d'accordo, ma di certo non è una porta in legno! It was so shortly after assembly. Public now (after 3 years of purchase) because I still can't digest the rip-off. I found it difficult with all the phases, order, assembly (they removed the baseboards and did not reassemble them), and quality. It's a bathroom and there's a shower, okay, but it's certainly not a wooden door!

In totale abbiamo comprato 14 porte di tutti i tipi: porte a raso fuori misura, scorrevoli a scomparsa a filo muro, complanare interno, complanare esterno (!), doppia porta in vetro, ecc. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Andrea che ci ha fatto varie proposte e spiegato molto bene la differenza tra tutte le tipologie. Prezzi competitivi e tutto "Made In Italy". Per qualsiasi (piccolo) problema sono sempre intervenuti subito anche se questo comportava venire da Trento a Rovereto. Anche il personale che ha curato la posa estremamente preparato, sempre in divisa, lavorano in modo puliti e sempre gentili. Consiglio assolutamente Janeselli Porte! For a new home we decided to rely on Janeselli. In total, we bought 14 doors of all types: oversized flush doors, concealed sliding doors flush with the wall, internal coplanar, external coplanar (!), Double glass door, etc. We had a great time with Andrea who made us various proposals and explained the difference between all the types very well. Competitive prices and all "Made in Italy". For any (small) problem they always intervened immediately even if this involved coming from Trento to Rovereto. Even the extremely trained staff who took care of the installation, always in uniform, work in a clean and always polite way. I absolutely recommend Janeselli Porte!
