★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un sopralluogo per farmi fare un preventivo. Dopo 17 giorni da quando mi è stato detto "la faremo contattare dal ns agente di zona", ancora non si è fatto sentire nessuno. Se questo è l'interesse dimostrato verso chi potenzialmente potrebbe confermare un lavoro >5000€... consiglio di rivolgersi altrove.
 I requested an inspection to get a quote. After 17 days from when I was told "we will contact you by our local agent", still no one has been heard. If this is the interest shown towards those who could potentially confirm a job> 5000 € ... I suggest to go elsewhere.

Abbiamo prenotato un sopralluogo per un preventivo a seguito di una visita al negozio, è stato eseguito in 5 minuti e senza darci ne consigli ne suggerimenti in merito al lavoro da fare, in seguito ho chiamato il negozio per chiedere spiegazioni a riguardo, il risultato è che sto aspettando il preventivo da 4 settimane .......
Complimenti e buon lavoro fin che dura.
Riguardo la vostra risposta, dovreste vergonarvi di scrivere diffamazioni di questo tipo, senza alcuna argomentazione, aspettatevi delle ripercussioni legali in merito.

We booked an inspection for a quote following a visit to the shop, it was performed in 5 minutes and without giving us advice or suggestions about the work to be done, then I called the shop to ask for explanations about it, the result is I've been waiting for the quote for 4 weeks .......
Congratulations and good work while it lasts.
Regarding your answer, you should be ashamed to write defamations of this type, without any arguments, expect legal repercussions in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata dal negozio e la signora che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile. Quando mi ha accompagnato dal tecnico per un preventivo, ho fornito misure e tipologia, mi ha fatto un preventivo al momento, poi quando ho detto che sarei ripassata, ha preso il foglio dove la signora aveva annotato tutti i miei dati, l'ha appallotolato ed ha fatto centro nel cestino...... da lì ho capito che per me non c'era nulla di buono. Peccato perché, ero andata a chiedere un preventivo per 3 porte esterne a doppio battente triplo vetro, per farmi un idea della spesa, ma il lavoro era molto di più. Ho affidato il lavoro ad un'altra ditta, che mi ha trattato molto meglio. In bocca al lupo a quel bravo tecnico.
I passed by the shop and the lady who greeted me was very kind. When he accompanied me to the technician for a quote, I provided sizes and types, he made me a quote at the moment, then when I said I would review, he took the sheet where the lady had written down all my data, rolled it up and hit the mark in the basket ...... from there I realized that there was nothing good for me. Too bad because, I went to ask for a quote for 3 double-leaf triple-glazed external doors, to get an idea of the expense, but the work was much more. I entrusted the work to another company, which treated me much better. Good luck to that good technician.

Partiamo dal presupposto che ho avuto dei ritardi in cantiere, si parla di 1 mese purtroppo, ma sono ancora in ballo da agosto 2021 con dei serramenti montati danneggiati, 6 su 7 finestre e 2 scorrevoli di 2 m ciascuno, siamo a marzo 2022, non aggiungo altro, anche se ce ne sarebbero di cose da dire..

We assume that I had delays in the construction site, we are talking about 1 month unfortunately, but they are still in the dance since August 2021 with damaged windows installed, 6 out of 7 windows and 2 sliding of 2 m each, we are in March 2022, not I add more, even if there would be things to say ..
