Nella ristrutturazione di casa nostra abbiamo installato serramenti legno/alluminio. Fulvio, ci ha seguiti in ogni passaggio sino al post montaggio per dei piccoli dettagli di finitura che non ci convincevano appieno, arrivando a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Posso solo che consigliare la mia scelta. (n.b.: x Fulvio: ricordati vernice per eventuali futuri ritocchini e tappini coprivite di scorta, grazie ;-)) Quality, precision in detail and responsiveness to customer requests characterize this company. In the renovation of our house we have installed wood / aluminum frames. Fulvio, followed us in every step up to post-assembly for small finishing details that did not fully convince us, even meeting our requests. I can only advise my choice. (n.b .: x Fulvio: remember paint for future retouches and spare cover caps, thank you ;-))

Richiedo un preventivo il giorno 25/03 e nonostante varie mail sia al rappresentante di zona che alla sede centrale e telefonate nessun preventivo inviato al 1 maggio. Capisco che con i bonus 110% ci sia molta richiesta ma mi sarei aspettato un altro trattamento. O meglio se non vi era disponibilità a fare il lavoro bastava dirlo la prima volta. Le tempistiche di realizzazione erano per ottobre 2021 e 1 mese e una settimana per inviare un preventivo non era poco, consci del fatto che sono state date uni anticipo tutte le misure e caratteristiche tecniche richieste dal tecnico. Dopo settimane aspetto il preventivo. Ormai mi sono arrangiata, ma non si fa perdere tempo alla gente così. Purtroppo la parte post-vendita non è altrettanto organizzata e disponibile. Avevano montato una porta-finestra con vetri sporchi all'interno (nella camera fra un vetro e l'altro), ma per sostituirli abbiamo dovuto inseguirli per mesi con continue telefonate. Ora mi si è rotto il meccanismo di una maniglia (l'artigiano che me l'ha riparata ha detto che era stata montata male), ma dopo tre settimane di mail e telefonate di sollecito ho dovuto desistere e rivolgermi ad un artigiano perché non mi hanno nemmeno dato una data di quando sarebbero venuti a sistemare. Quando acquisto un prodotto così, mi aspetto un servizio di assistenza all'altezza di ciò che compro. When I buy a product like this, I expect a service that matches what I buy.
