★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno consegnato una Evoque usata senza dado antifurto per togliere cerchioni per poter rimuovere ruote, non c’era neppure triangolo per sosta di emergenza ne’ gli altri accessori solitamente locati nel vano ruota di scorta
Ho chiesto di risolvere e mi hanno detto che non possono farci niente
Lo trovo inconcepibile considerando il prestigio della marca e comunque per niente professionale
 They gave me a used Evoque without an anti-theft nut to remove rims in order to remove wheels, there was not even an emergency stop triangle nor the other accessories usually located in the spare wheel compartment
I asked for a fix and they told me they can't do anything about it
I find it inconceivable considering the prestige of the brand and in any case not at all professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza.. presso l'Officina dove per un primo accertamento sul da farsi alla mia Evoque senza appuntamento ma comunque previa telefonata che mi ha detto di presentarmi in mattinata ad un orario preciso e senza richiesta di nessun onere , non sono stati in grado di sentire il rumore e quindi di specificare il problema, che quando io ho specificato a parole ha dato risoluzione in una diagnosi in "forse".. liquidandomi con una richiesta di 97 euro per "controllo liquidi" e quindi una relativa ora di mano d'opera ( 72euro ) alla mia disapprovazione evidente mi scontano 50 euro addebitandomi 1/2 ora .... .... sono ancora in attesa del preventivo "del presunto guasto". Sconsigliatissimo
Ps. Aggiungo che nell'attesa siamo andati a passare il tempo guardando le auto nuove in concessionaria dove abbiamo trovato un addetto alle vendite preparato e molto gentile che ci ha invogliato molto verso il cambio della nostra auto con una JAGUAR ..... ovviamente tutto vanificato al succedersi degli eventi in officina.....la mia prossima macchina la cercherò altrove!!
Bad experience .. at the workshop where for a first check on what to do to my Evoque without an appointment but in any case after a phone call that told me to show up in the morning at a specific time and without requesting any charges, they were unable to hear the noise and then specify the problem, which when I specified in words gave resolution in a diagnosis in "maybe" .. liquidating me with a request of 97 euros for "liquid control" and therefore a relative hour of hand opera (72euro) to my obvious disapproval they discount me 50 euro charging me 1/2 hour .... .... I'm still waiting for the estimate "of the alleged breakdown". Not recommended
Ps. I add that while we were waiting we went to spend time looking at the new cars in the dealership where we found a trained and very kind sales employee who encouraged us a lot to change our car with a JAGUAR ..... obviously all in vain when events happen in the workshop ..... I'll look for my next car elsewhere !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza imbarazzante. Per cambiare 2 pneumatici hanno tenuto la mia XE per 2 settimane, senza preoccuparsi di assegnarmi un'auto di cortesia (nonostante l'avessi chiesta). Costo operazione circa 700 €, ho pagato e sono scappato senza voltarmi indietro.
Embarrassing experience. To change 2 tires they kept my XE for 2 weeks, without bothering to give me a courtesy car (despite asking for it). Operation cost about € 700, I paid and ran away without looking back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho un'esperienza diretta, ma ho assistito al trattamento economico scandaloso (più di 700 Eur per banalissimo tagliando) riservato a una persona di famiglia.
Non porterei mai la mia auto in questa officina né comprerei un'auto in questa concessionaria.
I have no direct experience, but I have witnessed the scandalous salary (more than 700 Eur for a trivial coupon) reserved for a family member.
I would never take my car to this workshop or buy a car at this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare... Superficialità assoluta. 142 euro per una diagnosi per spia motore accesa, preventivo da oltre 2000 euro per sostituzione catena distribuzione.
Tre giorni dopo per scrupolo vado in un altro centro JLR e l’unico problema è che mancavano 3,5 kg di olio.
A Bologna si sono permessi di cambiarmi il portatarga posteriore ma manco si sono presi la briga di verificare il livello dell’olio.
Personale cortese ed educato ma onestamente mi sento derubato come mai prima d’ora

Three days later, for the sake of scruple, I go to another JLR center and the only problem is that 3.5 kg of oil was missing.
In Bologna they took the liberty of changing the rear license plate holder but they didn't even bother to check the oil level.
Courteous and polite staff but honestly I feel robbed like never before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza allucinante, ho comprato un Discovery che veniva pubblicizzato con optional inesistenti, garanzia approved mai attivata e me lo volevano consegnare col vetro rotto, ma mi sono imposto e lo hanno cambiato, poi al ritiro durante un temporale ci pioveva dentro, inoltre ho scoperto che erano montati pneumatici non omologati , semiasse rotto, retro camera non originale e radio che non si spengeva mai , questo solo per dirne alcune. Siccome l’avevano fatta sporca dopo mia insistenza si sono ripresi la macchina restituendomi non quanto speso ma 1000€ meno perché il passaggio di proprietà non lo hanno riconosciuto come doveroso e hanno avuto il coraggio di scalarmi 200€ per un graffietto. Una concessionaria da EVITARE
Hallucinating experience, I bought a Discovery that was advertised with non-existent options, approved guarantee never activated and they wanted to deliver it to me with broken glass, but I forced myself and they changed it, then upon withdrawal during a storm it was raining inside, also I discovered that non-approved tires were fitted, a broken axle shaft, a non-original rear camera and a radio that never turned off, just to name a few. Since they had made it dirty after my insistence, they took back the car and returned me not what was spent but € 1000 less because the change of ownership did not recognize it as a duty and they had the courage to charge me € 200 for a scratch. A dealership to AVOID
