★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo essere umani e tutti abbiamo giornate storte, ma purtroppo chi lavora con il pubblico deve avere il sorriso stampato, a costo di farlo falso. Soprattutto se si vendono abiti costosissimi. Io personalmente come sono entrato nel negozio sono uscito subito dopo. Per me il saluto e la disponibilità sono le prime cose.

Entro la prima volta a Settimo Torinese (e sono una che acquista capi Malloni da circa 19 anni!) una ''signora'' con occhialoni neri con fare molto stizzoso mi sbatte sul tavolo il braccio del manichino sbuffando, mascherina sotto al naso.. si vedeva che le dava fastidio la clientela e mi chiedo come mai fai ancora la commessa a 40 e rotti anni? magari sarebbe l'ora di andare in fabbrica?
Una riccia esce dal magazzino con una sigaretta girata in mano, come fosse a casa sua non calcolandomi minimamente.
vado via di corsa perche si respirava un aria tumultuosa.
Torno la seconda volta perchè mi ero fissata con un paio di scarpe.. vengo accolta dal penso unico ragazzo (e sia lodato) super gentile, disponibile che con fare calmo e garbato mi racconta le calzature e mi propone ''x'' capi.
Rivedo la ragazza riccia con il muso fin sotto ai piedi entrare e sbattere la porta del retro.. ho solo fatto i miei auguri e sono uscita spendendo circa 800 euro, ma solo per questo baldo giovane che mi ha accolta come in una boutique vera e propria.
Consiglio vivamente di rivedere lo staff, acide e maleducate!

I come back the second time because I was obsessed with a pair of shoes .. I am greeted by the I think the only guy (and be praised) super kind, available who with a calm and polite manner tells me about the shoes and offers me '' x '' items.
I see the curly girl with her face up to her feet go in and slam the back door .. I just wished I could and went out spending about 800 euros, but only for this bold young man who welcomed me like in a real boutique. own.
