Attratto dall’ ottimo prezzo , son entrato per chiedere di vedere la disponibilità della mia taglia corrispondente. Una gentile commessa mi accompagnava verso la vetrina dove indicavo il capo che desideravo provare e che costava 39€ già scontato. La stessa dipendente si accorgeva che vi era stato un errore visto che il prezzo esposto sicuramente più basso del vero prezzo del capo era errato. Quindi richiamava l’attenzione della presunta responsabile negozio, che alla mia richiesta di voler acquistare il capo comunque al prezzo esposto esordiva dicendo che il prezzo Era errato e che se volevo visto che era un errore mi avrebbe venduto il capo esposto taglia XS oppure nulla. Per le altre taglie avrei dovuto pagare il prezzo esatto che era di 79€ già scontato. Alla fine eravamo in due per acquistare lo stesso capo ma con diverse misure. La stessa responsabile Ci rispondeva in modo molto sgarbato, inoltre furbescamente toglieva il cartello esposto con il prezzo ed apponeva il cartello vetrina in allestimento per rimediare all’equivoco. Secondo il suo punto di vista. Morale della favola noi eravamo in gruppo si 5 ragazzi, volevamo acquistare due stesso capi poiché attratti dal prezzo regolarmente esposto! Siamo andati via senza acquistare nulla, ed abbiamo ricevute le scuse solo di una dipendete e di un altro commesso imbarazzati per la spiacevole situazione creatasi. According to his point of view. Moral of the story we were in a group of 5 guys, we wanted to buy two same items because they were attracted by the price regularly displayed! We left without buying anything, and we only received an apology from an employee and another clerk embarrassed by the unpleasant situation that had arisen.
