★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando la serietà e l'attenzione per il cliente viene al primo posto, bisogna segnalarlo con una recensione più che a 5 stelle.
Ho acquistato presso un grosso negozio di bricolage un meccanismo di scarico per i WC che mi sono accorto avere un piccolo pezzo di plastica rotto.
Ho contattato la ITS Todini per sapere dove recuperare il pezzo, visto che avevo difficoltà a tornare nel negozio di acquisto, e mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero fatto arrivare gratuitamente il pezzo a casa (nonostante loro non avessero alcuna responsabilità, in quanto non mi sono accorto al momento dell'acquisto che il pezzo fosse danneggiato).
Vista l'urgenza ho dovuto acquistare parte del meccanismo presso un rivenditore di idraulica, che tuttavia mi ha venduto non solo il pezzetto danneggiato ma parte del sistema (per un valore di 1/3 del costo del prodotto completo).
Nonostante aver comunque risolto con l'acquisto del nuovo pezzo, la Sig.ra Caterina Bizzotti dell'ufficio commerciale mi ha proposto comunque l'invio a loro spese del pezzo per una eventuale sostituzione futura.
Che dire.. questa attenzione per il cliente è stata davvero positiva, oltre ad essere ottimi prodotti la serietà dell'azienda è da premiare.

I bought a flushing mechanism for the toilets at a large DIY store that I noticed had a small piece of broken plastic.
I contacted ITS Todini to find out where to retrieve the piece, since I was having difficulty returning to the shop, and they replied that they would send me the piece home for free (although they had no responsibility, as I realized at the time of purchase that the piece was damaged).
Given the urgency I had to buy part of the mechanism from a plumbing dealer, who nevertheless sold me not only the damaged piece but part of the system (for a value of 1/3 of the cost of the complete product).
Despite having resolved with the purchase of the new piece, Mrs. Caterina Bizzotti of the commercial office still proposed to me to send the piece at their expense for a possible future replacement.
What can I say ... this attention to the customer has been really positive, in addition to being excellent products, the company's seriousness is to be rewarded.
