Modulistica sempre esposta e penne a disposizione senza dover chiedere. Ci sono 2 uffici postali più grandi e più vicini a dove abito, ma preferisco fare piu strada e andare in via delle palme nell'ufficio postale Roma88. grandi grazie ;) cliente soddisfatto! :))) The best post office I've ever found in my life. Fantastic staff, available all , fast, friendly, present. Forms always exposed and pens available without having to ask. There are 2 larger post offices closer to where I live, but I prefer to do more street and go to the palm trees in the Roma88 post office. big thanks;) satisfied customer! :)))

Al telefono non rispondono mai, quindi se vuoi comunicare con loro, devi andare per forza di persona e fare la fila, mentre loro vanno lenti come lumache... il direttore, che dovrebbe dare l’esempio, parla con la gente senza alcuna mascherina protettiva per il COVID-19 siccome poi diranno che non è vero, posso fornire prova di quanto vado scrivendo. Facendogli presente che l’impiegata inventa cose detta da me a lei, per giustificare il suo modo di servire i clienti, non l’ha per nulla redarguita, anzi, come sempre è il cliente quelli che sbaglia e che disturba. Non so il nome ne mi interessa saperlo perché è una maleducata. Mi è capitato di essere “servito” da lei due o tre volte negli anni e ogni santa volta vado via discutendo. La persona in questione ha sempre un atteggiamento spazientito e strafottente, tende sempre a rispondere con un tono di superiorità che non può certo permettersi di avere considerando che ha sempre, e ripeto sempre, torto. Ogni volta che lei dice una cosa la verità è l’esatto opposto. Mi dispiace per gli altri suoi colleghi perché agli altri sportelli sono sempre tutti più o meno cortesi e preparati. Concludo dicendo che la signora in questione dovrebbe stare attenta, perché non sempre le persone andranno via con la pazienza di non risponderle a tono.
