In vacanza avevo bisogno di prelevare del contante, l'unico sportello bancomat fuori servizio! ...Attesa per lo sportello , fila lunghissima e personale lentissimo! Peggio del terzo mondo! D	Davide Pavone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegati lentissimi, spesso tenuti impegnati per tanto tempo da gente extracomunitaria perché non si riescono a capire, in una città del genere dove quasi il 50% della popolazione è straniera perché non fare uno sportello ad hoc presidiato da dipendente/i che possano interloquire in inglese/arabo/francese, nel 2019 è impensabile stare ore ad aspettare per il pagamento di una bolletta per colpa di personale non adeguatamente formato. Se potessi metterei “0” stelle! L'orario di apertura sarebbe 8,20 ma in realtà aprono alle 8,30 se tutto va bene,e spesso gli sportelli non sono ancora pronti x ricevere il pubblico. Coda anche al BancoPosta! La gente del paese subisce ore di coda tutti i giorni come se fosse normale. Situazione "all'italiana" Bold employees. Poor staff, only two out of four offices working. Personale non adatto per il tipo di lavoro svolto,non rispondono al telefono 5 giorni su 6 e provando a chiamare più volte di seguito si permettono pure di spegnere il telefono o comunque di interrompere la linea. Spero che Poste italiane si renda conto "il più presto possibile" delle perdite che gli produce questo ufficio. Going to the post office in Santa Croce is a nightmare! S	Sergio Sciacca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Direttrice che gira in Mercedes clk non trova il tempo di fermarsi ed aprire uno sportello, siamo una.ventina tutti fuori sotto il sole perché anche se all'interno possono entrare 9 persone per il decreto anticovoid 19, la direttrice ha detto che quando ci sono tutti gli sportelli aperti. Ecco peccato che ci sono solo 2 impiegati. Forse sarebbe il caso di assumere? Consiglio di inviare ispettori di altre regioni per effettuare controlli.
