★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio a volte poco frequentato, al quale mi rivolgo pur di evitare le code chilometriche in altri uffici postali. L'unico problema è costituito dall'assenza di parcheggi per le auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mattina avevamo chiesto se era necessaria la prenotazione x aprire un libretto e ci era stato detto da un addetta che era un operazione di sportello senza prenotazione. Peccato che quando ci siamo recati in pausa pranzo per fare questo lavoro l ufficio si sia rifiutato di fare questa operazione perché altrimenti avrebbero bloccato lo sportello x mezz ora. siamo stati 15 minuti a discuterne e nn è entrato nessuno in posta...di conseguenza se invece di dire no nn si può avessero lavorato in poco tempo il problema si sarebbe risolto. in questo modo hanno invece perso dei possibili clienti. ma in un azienda privata questo nn sarebbe accaduto!
In the morning we had asked if a reservation was needed to open a booklet and we were told by a clerk that it was a counter operation without a reservation. Too bad that when we went on a lunch break to do this job, the office refused to do this because otherwise they would have blocked the door for half an hour. we were talking about it for 15 minutes and no one entered the mail ... consequently if instead of saying no, we could have worked in a short time, the problem would have been solved. in this way they have instead lost potential customers. but in a private company this would not have happened!
