★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recata c/o l ufficio postale di Collecorvino (PE) per il ritiro di una raccomandata....dopo essermi lamentata che un cliente è passato prima di me, mi sono,sentita rispondere arrogantemente dall impiegata, che il,suddetto aveva prenotazione on line e che potevo fare lo,stesso....avendo fatto notare che non lo vedevo scritto da nessuna parte e tantomeno sull avviso di giacenza della raccomandata...chiama il direttore....il quale con modi scostumati e non rispettosi nei confronti di una donna, cioè la sottoscritta, mi maltratta anche lui arrogantemente e toni spregiativi, non facendomi esporre il mio pensiero. esperienza negativa ed ufficio con personale maleducato
I went to the post office in Collecorvino (PE) to collect a registered letter .... after complaining that a customer passed before me, I heard arrogantly answer from the employee, that the aforementioned had a reservation online and that I could do the same .... having pointed out that I did not see it written anywhere, much less on the notice of stock of the registered letter ... call the manager .... who with rude and disrespectful ways against a woman, that is myself, he too mistreats me arrogantly and derogatory tones, not making me expose my thoughts. bad experience and office with rude staff
