A package with personal has gone lost. It was sent from Catanzaro. I know by now, that nobody cares about money or mail not arriving in time, that you have to be patient.
But I simply asked for information on my package, the man didn't even let me finish talking. There is nothing he can do, not even make a call to where apparently the package has been seen last.
