o	oana firica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che sia la responsabile che oggi 7 febbraio preso le poste mi ha fatto due volte lo stesso bonifico . Accorgendomene al momento glielo fatto notare e mi ha risposto che per vedere se li ha preso entrambi servono 24 ore se magari fosse un errore di sistema ! Gentilmente ho chiesto se me lo confermava per scritto così prendendosi la responsabilità del errore che ha fatto ! Non solo ha cominciato a urlare davanti a tutti che casualmente la posta era piena ha pure chiamato i carabinieri anche se a noi ha fatto solo un piacere ! Care poste prima da questo evento un girono sono andata a versare e invece del versamento al sportello mi hanno fatto il prelievo che poi successivamente (meno male ) risolto! Io lavoro da anni con le poste sia con l’azienda che con il conto personale ma come in questa zona incompetenza e gente scorbutica non lo mai vista ! Una cosa è certa che dopo questo evento cambierò per sempre mai più le poste per nessuna ragione al mondo ! Ho sempre noie a spedire dei pacchi, per cui quando devo spedire compro direttamente i pacchi da loro così da non aver problemi.Purtroppo,l’ultima volta avevo necessità di spedire all’estero e non avevano disponibilità di prepagati da vendere.Ho cercato di arrangiarmi con uno vecchio dei loro ma stamattina,se non c’era lei a prendersi questo mal di pancia,sarei tornata a casa a mani vuote.
