E si perché in questo locale c'è ancora la felicità di mangiare in piazza (in questo caso davanti una chiesa antica ed in pieno centro) , la gentilezza, la voglia di parlare lasciando da parte la tecnologia e rivalutando il dialogo in presenza, l'interesse a fare conoscere ai turisti le tradizioni ed il territorio. E poi la cosa più importante del suo lavoro....cucinare in modo genuino, come una volta quando ogni cosa aveva un suo ricordo una sua tradizione una sua bontà! Buon pesce buon tagliere di salumi! Complimenti, continuate così....e grazie per la meravigliosa giornata...non soltanto legata al mangiare! Grazie Once upon a time....! Non c'era il menu e la scelta era molto limitata, lo sbarazzo dei tavoli assente facendo rimanere tutte le stoviglie vuote sul tavolo, personale quindi per niente qualificato a tal punto che ad un certo momento mi sono dovuto alzare per prendere piatti e forchette dalla panadora (tavolo dove si appoggiano stoviglie da utilizzare per rimpiazzo durante il servizio). Per non parlare dell'attesa per ogni portata, dalle 21.30 alle 00.30 per un antipasto e un primo per 5 persone, portati ovviamente con tempi differenti, come i contorni per la carne serviti dopo la essa. Non tornerò piu in questo "ristorante" non meritano un euro, sconsiglio l'esperienza.
