★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate questo ufficio postale... personale con 0 voglia di lavorare, se sei in fila dopo aver aspettato il tuo turno 1 ora ti mandano via dicendo che loro non fanno gli straordinari.
 Avoid this post office ... staff with 0 desire to work, if you are in line after waiting for your shift 1 hour they send you away saying that they don't work overtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico motivo per cui ho messo 2 stelle e non 1 è che c'è un signore gentile che sa avere a che fare con i clienti, a differenza delle streghe che lavorano con lui.

Arrogante nelle spiegazioni agli anziani perché non sono geni tecnologici come lui.
Gli auguro la cassa integrazione.

Fanno solo perdere tempo alla gente, dicendo di ritornare un altro giorno perchè manca un certo documento, salvo poi, arrivati con il documento richiesto, dire che il documento non serviva. L'uomo che "lavora" (?) là allo sportello inventa regole e pratiche assurde, quando le altre colleghe fanno lo stesso servizio senza tante storie (non sempre, a volte. In realtà dipende da come si sono svegliate; sempre che si siano davvero svegliate).
Never seen so much incompetence all at once. They just waste people's time, telling them to come back another day because a certain document is missing, but then, arriving with the requested document, saying that the document was not needed. The man who "works" (?) There at the counter invents absurd rules and practices, when other colleagues do the same service without fuss (not always, sometimes. In reality it depends on how they woke up; provided they really wake up).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inappropriato e molto scortese. Sempre molto arroganti e saccenti con tutti, specialemnte con le persone più anziane. Lenti, disorganizzati e con poca voglia di fare. Consiglio vivamente a chi ha bisogno di un ufficio postale di andare in quello vicino a Servola.
Inappropriate and very rude staff. Always very arrogant and pedantic with everyone, especially with older people. Slow, disorganized and with little desire to do. I highly recommend anyone who needs a post office to go to the one near Servola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'impiegata estremamente scortese ha fatto attendere al caldo molti utenti salvo chiudere l'ufficio con puntualità tedesca senza sentire ragioni di chi lavora e può usufruire dello sportello in periodi limitati. In tempi in cui il motto dovrebbe essere improntato al sostegno reciproco la lavoratrice in questione sembra essere lontana da questo ambito standard di qualita. Pessimo esempio di collaborazione e sostegno. Esperienza molto negativa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito di questo ufficio circa 3 volte è tutte e 3 sono rimasta interdetta per la disorganizzazione, il menefreghismo e la poca professionalità specialmente dell'impiegato con gli occhiali e la barba brizzolata.
Tutti i clienti a lamentarsi giustamente.
L'ultima volta è successo questo.
Mentre una fila di 14 persone attendeva sfiduciata, il suddetto sbrigata le sue faccende (cose che ho sempre visto fare negli ultimi minuti o dopo la chiusura! Non davanti il pubblico) incurante e con una lentezza tale da far invidia a Morfeo.
Inspiegabile!
L'addetta allo sportello limitrofo, intanto, ha cercato di smaltire la fila alla meno peggio.
Credo che sia una moda postale esser così poco attivi lavorativamente parlando!
