★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero una cliente, ci sono andata sin dall'apertura, ci mandavo pure bambini e marito, ma pressappochismo e poca attenzione hanno avuto la meglio e con un po' di tristezza ho salutato gentilmente e me ne sono andata per non metterci più piede.
Peccato: era comodo, vicino a casa, però dopo essere stata cazziata pure dall'estetista perché ho chiesto un chiarimento su un trattamento che mi aveva fatto, non tornerò più.
Lavoreranno comunque perché sono gli unici in zona, però almeno ho scritto la mia per chi vorrà leggerla.

Too bad: it was comfortable, close to home, but after being banned by the beautician because I asked for clarification on a treatment she had done to me, I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata mesi fa e mi ha fatto il taglio la proprietaria, facendo un ottimo lavoro.
Ultimamente però ci sono andate delle colleghe di mia mamma e le ragazze hanno fatto un pessimo lavoro rovinando ad entrambe i capelli.
Peccato perché la prima volta mi sono trovata bene, ma penso che non metterò più piede li dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da quando hanno aperto l'attività, le ragazze sono brave e gentili l'unica pecca è che la radio ha sempre un volume alto e fastidioso.. Non servirebbe molto per creare un'atmosfera più rilassante :una Playlist a volume moderato e con musiche /canzoni piacevoli..
I have been a customer since they opened the business, the girls are good and kind the only flaw is that the radio always has a loud and annoying volume .. It wouldn't take much to create a more relaxing atmosphere: a moderate volume Playlist and with pleasant music / songs ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata più volte per farmi tagliare i capelli, ho sempre trovato ragazze gentilissime e molto attente, tranne questa mattina.. la ragazza nonostante ci fosse il salone vuoto sembrava avesse fretta e noia di servirmi, avevo appuntamento alle 9.30 ma sono arrivata 10 minuti in anticipo.. alle 9.40 ero già fuori dal salone. Sono consapevole che il taglio che volevo non richiedeva tanto tempo (una spuntata sulle lunghezze e ciuffo scalato sul davanti) ma ci ha messo davvero 1 minuto ed è passata subito alla piega liscia che ha fatto solo con il phon e senza un filo di lacca o fissante, così sono tornata a casa con i capelli che volavano da soli da quanto elettrici. Non metto in dubbio che ognuno abbia il suo modo di lavorare ma una persona va dal parrucchiere per sentirsi anche un po’ coccolata. Mi dispiace molto perché mi sono sempre trovata bene, il prezzo valeva benissimo il servizio ma non questa volta. 35€ per un servizio così veloce e freddo non li spenderò più. Mi assicurerò di essere tagliata da qualcun’altra.
I have been several times to get my hair cut, I have always found very kind and very attentive girls, except this morning .. the girl although there was an empty salon seemed to be in a hurry and bored to serve me, I had an appointment at 9.30 but I arrived 10 minutes in advance .. at 9.40 I was already out of the hall. I am aware that the cut I wanted did not take much time (a blunt on the lengths and a scaled tuft on the front) but it really took 1 minute and immediately moved on to the smooth fold that she did only with the hairdryer and without a thread of lacquer or fixing, so I came home with my hair flying by itself as it was electric. I do not doubt that everyone has their own way of working but a person goes to the hairdresser to feel a little pampered. I am very sorry because I have always had a good time, the price was well worth the service but not this time. 35 € for such a fast and cold service I will not spend it anymore. I'll make sure I'm cut by someone else.
