Ho scelto di fare una decolorazione “shatush” avevo i capelli abbastanza lunghi,sono arrivata verso le 5 e dissi alle parrucchiere che nel caso fosse troppo tardi sarei passata un’altra volta visto che si andava verso la chiusura,mi dissero che non c’erano problemi.
Ho aspettato le tempistiche della decolorazione lavaggio ecc la ragazza era lì da poco ed era lentissima, si sono fatte le 19 si sono messi in due ad asciugarmi e pettinarmi alla buona giusto per finire di fretta e furia uno tirava da una parte l’altro dall’altra,facendomi male.
il colore era orribile peró mi è stato spiegato che non poteva venire diversamente ed ho accettato la cosa.
Alla fine asciugata alla veloce il ragazzo finisce.
Gli chiesi se potessi avere un colpo di piastra per lo meno visto che erano stati asciugati malissimo.
Me lo diede molto alla veloce,si vede che aveva di meglio da fare quella sera.

Sono arrivata a casa e ho tagliato i capelli da sola a caschetto perché non mi piacevano!
Visto il trattamento dovuto purtroppo dalla fretta non mi aspettavo uno sconto ma per lo meno delle scuse.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience,
I chose to do a "shatush" discoloration I had pretty long hair, I arrived around 5 and I told the hairdresser that in case it was too late I would have passed another time since it was going to close, they told me that there is no they were problems.
I waited for the timing of the wash bleaching etc. the girl was there recently and was very slow, they made the 19 they went out of their way to dry me and comb my hair just to finish in a hurry one pulled from one side to the other other, hurting me.
the color was horrible but it was explained to me that it could not be otherwise and I accepted it.
Eventually dried quickly the boy ends.
I asked him if I could get a plate shot at least since they had been badly dried.
He gave it to me very quickly, you can see he had better things to do that evening.
Indecent treatment.

Price € 100 (thrown in the toilet)
I arrived home and I cut my hair in a bob because I didn't like it!
Given the treatment unfortunately due to the hurry I did not expect a discount but at least an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa forse un po' lunghi, ma giustificati dal fatto che lavorano molto e lo fanno bene!
Per farmi uscire in tempo dal salone, visto che avevo un appuntamento prefissato a un certo orario, ma che con il primo trattamento il risultato non era ottimale, ben 4 parrucchieri si sono uniti a trattare i miei capelli per velocizzare il lavoro. Il risultato mi ha lasciata molto molto soddisfatta e il personale è stato cordiale e simpatico per tutto il tempo!
Professionalità, bravura e simpatia sono certamente qualità che non mancano!
Waiting times maybe a little long, but justified by the fact that they work a lot and do it well!
To get me out of the salon in time, since I had a fixed appointment at a certain time, but with the first treatment the result was not optimal, 4 hairdressers joined to treat my hair to speed up the work. The result left me very very satisfied and the staff was friendly and nice all the time!
Professionalism, skill and friendliness are certainly qualities that are not lacking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due stelline vanno solamente al personale del salone, molto gentile, ma la politica dei prezzi è vergognosa!!! Io dovevo fare colore e piega, ma ho dovuto obbligatoriamente anche fare " il trattamento specifico" che consiste in uno shampoo ( solo una passata) e un cece di maschera, al prezzo di 15€, quindi ho pagato 41 anziché 26!! Mi è stato comunicato solamente dopo aver messo il colore.
Aspettatevi la sorpresa finale
The two stars go only to the salon staff, very kind, but the pricing policy is shameful !!! I had to color and style, but I also had to do the "specific treatment" which consists of a shampoo (just one pass) and a chickpea mask, at the price of € 15, so I paid 41 instead of 26 !! It was only communicated to me after putting in the color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e cordiale ma inconcepibile l'aumento di prezzo del 65%(da 13 euro a 20 euro) per una semplice piega, tra l'altro nemmeno ben fatta. Luogo da dimenticare...non ci metterò più piede.
Polite and friendly staff but inconceivable the 65% price increase (from 13 euros to 20 euros) for a simple fold, among other things not even well done. Place to forget ... I will never set foot there again.
