Fissato appuntamento per la visione di un appartamento, 5 minuti prima veniamo contattati dalla segretaria per informarci che il collega si stava recando in ufficio per firmare la proposta dell'appuntamento precedente. Peccato che mentre eravamo ancora sotto l'appartamento, il collega e questi fantomatici clienti stavano andando via, senza nemmeno avere la decenza di scusarsi. Se questo è il modo di trattare potenziali clienti, non oso immaginare concludere una trattativa! Sconsiglio vivamente!
Total disrespect towards the customer! Appointed to view an apartment, 5 minutes before we are contacted by the secretary to inform us that the colleague was on his way to the office to sign the proposal for the previous appointment. Too bad that while we were still under the apartment, the colleague and these phantom customers were leaving, without even having the decency to apologize. If this is the way to treat potential customers, I can't imagine closing a deal! I strongly advise against!
