Die bestellten Fliesen wurden pünktlich geliefert. Die Ware ist hervorragend, sehr gut verpackt, frei von Transport Schäden. Alles Bestens, gerne wieder.
 I ordered tiles from Italgres. Advice was great. Several samples were delivered for a small amount. Advice by email was great. The ordered tiles were delivered on time. The goods are excellent, very well packaged, free of transport damage. Everything is great, gladly again.

Con il trasportatore italgres non ha preso accordi adeguati per effettuare lo scarico della merce su strada, infatti ho dovuto trovare qualcuno per scaricare la merce dal camion. Piastrelle sbeccate e più corte di mezzo centimetro
Goods arrived late despite having paid for gold freight. He did not make adequate arrangements with the carrier italgres to unload the goods on the road, in fact I had to find someone to unload the goods from the truck. Tiles chipped and shorter than half a centimeter

Something like 10 E Mails and constant pushing required, it was as if they were doing me a favour even talking to me.
