★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricevuto, in maniera gentile e professionale, avevo un problema su come scaricare dei video su una chiavetta, da un computer " preistorico", ma nonostante questo, il signore che mi ha assistito , ha perso quasi un'ora del suo tempo a insegnarmi come fare, e a resettare una chiavetta che avevo, che non riusciva a caricare i video in questione, e nonostante avesse perso tutto quel tempo, non ha voluto essere pagato!
Sicuramente se in futuro dovrò fare acquisti di qualsiasi genere andrò da loro, questo negozio sarà un mio punto di riferimento per l'informatica.
Bravi, la gentilezza e la professionalità sono doti rare al giorno d'oggi.

I was received, in a kind and professional way, I had a problem with how to download videos on a stick, from a "prehistoric" computer, but despite this, the gentleman who assisted me lost almost an hour of his time to teach me how to do it, and how to reset a key I had, which was unable to load the videos in question, and despite having lost all that time, he did not want to be paid!
Surely if in the future I have to shop of any kind I will go to them, this shop will be my point of reference for IT.
Good, kindness and professionalism are rare qualities nowadays.

Scrissi che mi avevano risolto un problema; è vero, perché per errore avevo cancellato tutto; ma mi avevano anche messo fuori uso la web camera e installato un pessimo programma di scrittura. Il mio notebook era inoltre molto lento, ho così dovuto comprare una web camera a parte. Prima di Natale 21 mi sono rivolto a un altro negozio, con 2 ragazzi simpatici, mi hanno installato una scheda Ssd e aggiornato il driver della web camera interna. Ora il pc è velocissimo, funziona del tutto e ha un programma di scrittura eccellente.
