β β β β β Ho avuto un problema con il mio pc, e Fabio, uno dei ragazzi che si occupa di riparazioni PC, Γ¨ stato accogliente, velocissimo nel risolvere il problema e con l' occasione ha anche sistemato altri piccoli difetti del computer. Fatto sta che sono entrata con un PC rotto e sono uscita con un PC funzionate. Tutto questo in brevissmo tempo e a costi onesti. Grazie!!! 10 e lode

β β β β β Avevo un problema con un computer assemblato per uso professionale che aveva dei problemi. Googleando ho trovato i ragazzi della Dual e in meno di un pomeriggio mi hanno reso il computer al top. Stavo cercando da tempo un service cui affidarmi per l'assistenza dei computer della mia azienda e ho avuto un vero colpo di fortuna ad imbattermi in tanta competenza, serietΓ e gentilezza. Non posso che consigliare caldamente Dual a tutti coloro che hanno necessitΓ di assistenza e non solo in campo informatico. Davvero un servizio super professionale. Mi sono trovato cosΓ¬ bene che in settimana gli porto di nuovo la workstation dello studio per installare altre tre ventole e un paio di hdd SATA nel case. Meglio lasciar fare a chi se ne intende.
I had a problem with a computer assembled for professional use that was having problems. Googleando I found the guys from Dual and in less than an afternoon they made my computer at the top. For some time I was looking for a service to rely on for the assistance of my company's computers and I had a real stroke of luck to come across so much competence, seriousness and kindness. I can only warmly recommend Dual to all those who need assistance and not only in the IT field. Really super professional service. I have been so happy that this week I bring him the studio workstation again to install three more fans and a couple of SATA hdds in the case. Better to leave it to those who know it.

Mi sono fidato delle recensioni su google e così li ho contattati per avere info e un preventivo online.
La risposta Γ¨ arrivata da Antonio in pochi minuti con preventivo e alcuni consigli.
Il giorno dopo sono andato in negozio e insieme a lui e alle mie esigenze sono stati decisi gli interventi:
Pulizia del portatile nelle sue parti interne
Sostituzione hd interno con ssd interna molto piΓΉ veloce

Pacchetto Office 2019 con licenza perpetua
Antivirus kastpery
Ottimizzazione del notebook
E case esterno per alloggiare il vecchio hard disk da usare come hd esterno.
Il pc ora all avvio e spegnimento ci mette 5 secondi netti e per ora sembra che non ci siano intoppi tutto questo intervento in meno di 24 h.
Totale 360 euro iva inclusa.
Considerando che tutti i programmi sono originali e con licenza, piΓΉ i pezzi nuovi si Γ¨ preso vermanete il giusto di manodopera.
Quindi consigliatissimo.
I needed to format the now never dated but still respectable laptop, an Asus Rog G750JX.l from 2012 2013.
I trusted the reviews on google and so I contacted them for info and an online quote.
The answer came from Antonio in a few minutes with a quote and some advice.
The next day I went to the shop and the interventions were decided with him and my needs:
Cleaning the laptop in its internal parts
Internal hd replacement with much faster internal ssd
windows 10
Office package 2019 with perpetual license
Kastpery antivirus
Notebook optimization
And external case to house the old hard drive to use as an external hd.
The PC now starts and shuts down it takes 5 seconds flat and for now it seems that there are no problems with all this intervention in less than 24 hours.
Total 360 euros including VAT.
Considering that all the programs are original and licensed, the more new parts you get, you will truly get the right amount of manpower.
So highly recommended.
