★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo, avevo un portatile a cui non funzionava più la ventola e il proprietario del negozio è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e competente.
Ha svolto vari test sia software che hardware per assicurarsi che il problema fosse totalmente risolto spiegandomi sempre con chiarezza la possibile natura del problema e le possibili soluzioni.
Prezzo finale super-onesto, ci tornerò sicuramente nel caso dovessi avere altri problemi o volessi fare qualche cambio al portatile (ad esempio aggiungere un HD SSD).
Highly recommended, I had a laptop that no longer fan and the shop owner was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
He carried out various tests both software and hardware to make sure that the problem was totally solved, always explaining clearly the possible nature of the problem and the possible solutions.
Super-honest final price, I will definitely go back in case I have other problems or want to make some changes to the laptop (for example add an HD SSD).

Ho compilato il form di prenotazione spiegando la mia esigenza, in tempi brevi mi ha contattata il gentilissimo William e abbiamo definito un appuntamento.
La procedura di accesso da remoto è semplice, accessibile anche alla mia competenza modesta. Ho molto apprezzato che William mi spiegasse man mano l'attività in corso argomentando le modifiche migliorative.e ascoltando le mie esigenze, le domande. Nel mio caso si trattava di aggiornamento s.o. e ottimizzazione lo Spazio di memoria. A procedura ultimata, William ha richiamato per assicurarsi che il processo fosse andato a buon fine, che il set up delle funzioni fosse a me comodo quindi fino all'ultimo byte mi sono sentita supportata con competenza e collaborazione. Mi riasserena sapere di avere ora un riferimento affidabile e di qualità quando le mie competenze si fanno incerte. Bravi AWM !!!
Great experience, fully satisfying! Browsing the site, the support offered by AWM seemed complete and similar to what I experienced in the company with Remote assistance. I filled out the booking form explaining my needs, the very kind William contacted me in a short time and we made an appointment.
The remote access procedure is simple, accessible even to my modest competence. I very much appreciated that William explained to me the activity in progress, arguing the improvements and listening to my needs, the questions. In my case it was s.o. and optimization of the memory space. At the end of the procedure, William called back to make sure that the process was successful, that the set up of the functions was convenient for me so up to the last byte I felt supported with competence and collaboration. It reasserts me to know that I now have a reliable and quality reference when my skills become uncertain. Well done AWM !!!
