Dopo 3 settimane di telefonate, a qualsiasi ora, non hanno mai risposto: telefono occupato o addirittura staccato. Sfinito dalle chiamate, mi sono rivolto per ben 2 volte in sede. La prima volta, ovviamente, era chiusa nonostante l'orario indicasse l'apertura. La seconda volta mi hanno deferito la visita molto in là. Ho approfittato in loco a mostrare il disappunto circa il servizio telefonico, mi è stato risposto, in modo abbastanza polemico, che non è possibile per loro gestire tutte le chiamate e che è meglio un contatto via mail. Li ho contattati dopo 2 giorni via mail e indovinate? Sono trascorsi 7 giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta, alla faccia della celerità!!! Chi ha veramente bisogno della visita è meglio si rivolga altrove. I rated a star only because it is not possible to give less. Da dei medici ci si aspetta professionalità, serietà e rispetto nei confronti dei pazienti, valori totalmente assenti nella struttura. Sconsigliatissimo, vergognatevi! Inoltre tenere in esposizione magliette di grandi campioni del passato non fa di voi dei professionisti. ? Grumpy, rude and unprofessional staff. From doctors professionalism, seriousness and respect towards patients are expected, values totally absent in the structure. Not recommended, be ashamed! Complimenti! p.s. Ho appena fatto richiesta di prenotazione degli altri esami che non sono riuscita a fare ora -per mia indisponibilità visto che partivamo-.
