Mi alzo e gli dico di aver preso la prenotazione con un ragazzo che è da tre anni che lavora lì e nel frattempo mi da le spalle e non si gira per ascoltare....L’impressione è che lo sto scocciando...me ne vado non per lo sbaglio della prenotazione ma per la sua cafonaggine!!!!! Non meriterebbe neanche una stella!!!! Non rispetto dell'orario di prenotazione; mio figlio con visita programmata alle 15,30 sottoposto a visita,richiesta per attività sportiva agonistica, alle 16,45 dopo una richiesta di chiarimento a cui il medico ha risposto con insolenza, arroganza e maleducazione. Visita molto frettolosa con richiesta di urine il cui risultato delle analisi non si è a conoscenza. Untidy environment, without any operator at the reception.
