★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto a piedi con la mia moto DUCATI ,di sabato mattina in ferie con la moglie a Siena, siamo di Ferrara, ho chiamato assistenza Ducati e devo dire che io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per la loro gentilezza, cortesia , competenza e onestà . Ci hanno rimesso in viaggio dimenticando di essere rimasti a piedi.... bravi ragazzi 5 stelle mertatissime
I was on foot with my DUCATI motorcycle, on Saturday morning on vacation with his wife in Siena, we are from Ferrara, I called Ducati assistance and I must say that my wife and I were very satisfied with their kindness, courtesy, competence and honesty. They put us back on the road, forgetting that we were still on foot .... good guys 5 stars very deserving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Passage chez Paolo et Filipo durant notre road trip en Italie, nous avons été super bien reçu. Nous avions un soucis avec le frein arrière qui restait bloqué. Paolo a été à l'écoute malgrès la barrière de langue et nous a réaliser une intervention chirurgicale sur notre DUCATI MULTISTRADA 950. Nous sommes repartis avec confiance et tous nos ennuis réglés (Vis de Selle, Frein arrière régler + plaquettes neuves) En prime Paolo nous à bichonné la moto en mettant de la vaseline sur les supports de valises ainsi que remis des caoutchouc sur le support de top case. Après un café, une pression des pneus et un graissage de chaîne, nous voilà reparti sur les routes de l'Italie ?? avec une belle expérience DUCATI dans un atelier Pro. Encore merci Filipo et Paolo. From Passage to Paolo and Filipo during our road trip in Italy, we were very well received. We had a problem with the rear brake which was stuck. Paolo was attentive despite the language barrier and we performed a surgical operation on our DUCATI MULTISTRADA 950. We left with confidence and all our problems resolved (Seat screws, rear brake adjusted + new pads) As a bonus Paolo we pampered the bike by putting petroleum jelly on the suitcase supports as well as put rubber on the top case support. After a coffee, tire pressure and chain lubrication, we set off again on the roads of Italy ?? with a great DUCATI experience in a Pro workshop. Thank you again Filipo and Paolo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrato da poco nel mondo Ducati sono rimasto senza parole dalla competenza, professionalità e cortesia di Paolo e Filippo. Per non parlare della sorpresa, dopo averli visti lavorare alla mia moto il sabato sera quando il service dovrebbe essere chiuso e non riuscendo a finire, vedersi recapitare un messaggio da Paolo la domenica sera dicendomi, con tanto di scuse per il disagio, che la moto è pronta. Non c'è altro da aggiungere, solo da ringraziarli. E nel caso dovrei scusarmi io per il fine settimana di lavoro passato sulla mia moto. Eccezionali, in tutta la mia vita non avevo mai trovato un Service così...
Having recently entered the Ducati world, I was speechless by the competence, professionalism and courtesy of Paolo and Filippo. Not to mention the surprise, after seeing them work on my bike on Saturday night when the service should be closed and failing to finish, having a message delivered by Paolo on Sunday evening telling me, complete with apologies for the inconvenience, that the bike ready. There is nothing more to add, just to thank them. And in case I should apologize for the weekend of work spent on my bike. Exceptional, in all my life I had never found such a Service ...
