★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale delle vendite molto gentili e bravi, in officina sono bravi però non mettono il frena filetti alle viti della carenatura che però presenta molte vibrazioni, personalmente ho perso delle viti per strada.
 Very nice and good sales staff, in the workshop they are good but they do not put the threadlocker on the screws of the fairing which however has a lot of vibrations, personally I lost some screws on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moto con problema critico non risolto da altri 2 meccanici (uno concessionario ufficiale Husqvarna). Alessio Garaffi con pazienza e metodo è più volte intervenuto fino a risolvere il problema. Sempre disponibile e gentile. Spesa inferiore alle attese. 5 stelle senza dubbi.
Motorcycle with critical problem not solved by 2 other mechanics (an official Husqvarna dealer). Alessio Garaffi with patience and method has repeatedly intervened to solve the problem. Always available and kind. Expenditure lower than expected. 5 stars without doubt.

E sabato mattina senza appuntamento mi hanno trattato come fossi stato un cliente che li frequenta da anni, ed era la prima volta che entravo. Mi hanno riparato la moto, salvato l'uscita, risolto il weekend,e mi hanno "passato" l'intervento in garanzia ( la moto ha 12 anni)... Che dire, spettacolari, professionali, e molto cordiali.
I went for an emergency repair on my MV. And on Saturday morning without an appointment they treated me as if I had been a client who has been seeing them for years, and it was the first time I went in. They repaired my bike, saved the ride, solved the weekend, and "passed" me the warranty service (the bike is 12 years old) ... What can I say, spectacular, professional, and very friendly.
