Più di un’ora di attesa dopo 20 min per fare l’accettazione e avendo già prenotato online lo trovo davvero eccessivo per uno studio privato. Fast booking but not very functional organization. More than an hour of waiting after 20 minutes to check in and having already booked online, I find it really excessive for a private practice.

Dopo diversi tentativi mi sono rivolta a strutture più professionali. Reservation Center: As soon as they answer the phone, they put the call on hold and stop answering. Personale e dottori disponibili e professionali anche in un momento di pandemia. I tried to contact the center but the phone was always busy, after having listened to the answering machine which communicated to write an email, and after having sent it, I was immediately contacted by the staff and we made an appointment based on my availability. Staff and doctors available and professional even in a time of pandemic.

Il personale per evitare di farmi perdere l'appuntamento hanno contattato direttamente l'assicuratore , che dopo tanti discorsi ha accettato di approvare la presa in carico. Medici davvero competenti e professionali very kind staff, I went to do the rays, but my insurance had not started my practice. Purtroppo però la ricevuta che mi è stata fatta è stata emessa come fattura e non come ticket sanitario e l'assicurazione sanitaria del lavoro non mi può rimborsare l'importo. Ho fatto presente il problema ma non sono stati disponibili nonostante dovessero solo indicare la dicitura ticket sanitario sulla fattura. Fatelo presente prima se dovete chiedere un rimborso e il vostro piano presenta la stessa clausola I had a breast ultrasound booked through CUP The center is well organized and the doctor was helpful. Unfortunately, however, the receipt that was given to me was issued as an invoice and not as a health ticket and the occupational health insurance cannot refund the amount. I pointed out the problem but they were not available although they only had to indicate the wording health ticket on the invoice. Tell this first if you need to ask for a refund and your plan has the same clause

Ho riscontrato delle anomalie grazie alla professionalità e la disponibilità dei dottori e del personale. Ho effettuato la prima visita con appuntamenti e successivente ho eseguito altre visite ed esami il giorno stesso senza prenotazione. Ho eseguito un esame con il mio fondo assicurativo.. avevo la ricetta sbagliata ma hanno eseguito L esame ugualmente al prezzo concordato. Penso che tornerò sicuramente, si sono presi cura della mia persona senza pensare al discorso economico/assicurativo Always helpful staff and really competent doctors! I performed an exam with my insurance fund .. I had the wrong prescription but they still performed the exam at the agreed price. I think I will definitely come back, they took care of my person without thinking about the economic / insurance issue

Alla fine non avevo nulla di rotto e mi hanno consigliato una risonanza magnetica per approfondire, che ho fatto in un'altra struttura (pentendomene perché mi sono trovato peggio che qui). La dottoressa che si occupa di fare i raggi è gentilissima e disponibile. Purtroppo c'è un po' di attesa, ma penso sia normale in un periodo in cui gli ospedali sono intasati e sempre più persone si rivolgono al privato per certe diagnosi. Per mia esperienza, mi sento di consigliare. I went a few months ago to do some rays for a suspected fracture. In the end I had nothing broken and they recommended an MRI to investigate, which I did in another facility (regretting it because I found myself worse than here). The doctor who takes care of doing the rays is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there is a bit of waiting, but I think it is normal in a period in which hospitals are clogged and more and more people are turning to private individuals for certain diagnoses. In my experience, I can recommend.
