Ottimo il servizio del vitto sia in qualità che in professionalità delle incaricate.Mia moglie nella mia degenza durata una settimana ha trovato gentilezza e cortesia nel servizio bar/ristorante con tre addette sempre molto carine e gentili nel fare quattro chiacchiere in certi momenti molto importanti . Struttura che consiglierei anche per i molti dottori che offre nelle varie specialità
 Professionalism, kindness, availability of the 2nd floor nursing team. Great food service both in quality and in professionalism of the appointees. My wife in my one-week stay found kindness and courtesy in the bar / restaurant service with three very nice and kind women in a chat at certain very important moments. Structure that I would also recommend for the many doctors offering in the various specialties

È stato il mio primo intervento e ho avuto necessità di tutto il supporto possibile, sia per la sofferenza fisica, sia per il lato umano. Qui ho trovato umanità, solidarietà, aiuto pratico e gentilezza.
Un ringraziamento particolare alla vice capo sala, Donatella, a Lucia e a Simona.Alle altre infermiere, alle quali non ho chiesto il nome. Ai fisioterapisti tutti. Al mio "traghettatore ", Francesco, che ha sopportato il mio peso eccessivo sulla sedia a rotelle con ruote sgonfie....
Cibo sano, pulizia, gentilezza.
Grazie al dottor Abello, che si è preoccupato quotidianamente del mio stato di salute.
Non do 5 stelle perché mi aspettavo una struttura più nuova, meno "ospedaliera", soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno.
I performed a total prosthesis surgery of the right knee, with dr. Abello, on 25/8/2020.
It was my first surgery and I needed all the support possible, both for physical suffering and for the human side. Here I found humanity, solidarity, practical help and kindness.
A special thanks to the deputy head of the room, Donatella, to Lucia and Simona, to the other nurses, to whom I have not asked for their name. To the physiotherapists all. To my "ferryman", Francesco, who endured my excessive weight in a wheelchair with flat tires ....
Healthy food, cleanliness, kindness.
Thanks to Dr. Abello, who took care of my health on a daily basis.
I don't give 5 stars because I was expecting a newer, less "hospital" structure, especially as regards the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MI dispiace mettere recensioni negative ma purtroppo nel mio caso questa valutazione è necessaria.Non discuto la professionalità dello specialista che mi ha visitato, ma se al momento della prenotazione si dice un prezzo e dopo la visita si aumenta di ben 100 euro non lo trovo per niente giusto.

Peccati che queste persone non comprendano che il loro stipendio e' pagato anche dai pazienti
Do not argue about the validity of the professionals, but the ways of the secretaries in charge of booking and the person who answers the switchboard are nothing short of unfriendly and rude
Too bad these people don't understand that their salary is also paid by patients

Un ringraziamento particolare al Professor Sukkar persona eccezzionale oltre che ottimissimo medico. Un grazie al Dottor Filippi che ha saputo capirmi e aiutarmi, persona veramente eccezzionale e ottimo Specialista. Un grazie va anche al Dott Mancuso super anestesista che ha saputo placare con il suo modo di fare le mie ansie. Grazie alla vice capo sala Donatella.... La adoro, donna fantastica.
Ultimi ma non ultimi tutti gli infermieri e personale in genere.

I am on my fourth hospitalization for various interventions and I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with everything. Special thanks to Professor Sukkar, an exceptional person as well as an excellent doctor. Thanks to Doctor Filippi who was able to understand and help me, a truly exceptional person and excellent Specialist. Thanks also goes to Dr. Mancuso super anesthetist who has been able to appease my anxieties with his way of doing things. Thanks to the deputy head of the room Donatella .... I love her, fantastic woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un mese che sto provando di fare un appuntamento con un ortopedico e non riesco ad arrivare al dunque. Le informazioni nel loro sito non sono corrette e per telefono o email non sono conforme. È un incubo!!! Perdipiù una persona che ha risposto al telefono eè stata molto rude e non è professionale, è per sua informazione, non avete 1000 ortopedici ma soli 35 del quale quasi tutti non rispondono ne a voi e ne a me!!! Questo lascia molto a desiderare...
I've been trying to make an appointment with an orthopedist for a month and I can't get to the point. The information on their site is incorrect and by phone or email I am not compliant. It's a nightmare!!! Furthermore a person who answered the phone and was very rude and not professional, it is for his information, you do not have 1000 orthopedists but only 35 of which almost all do not answer either to you or to me !!! This leaves a lot to be desired ...
