Un disservizio dietro l 'altro Padiglione A Il 7/3/2022 accompagno un Signore (87 anni) ad effettuare un test psicoligico. 1 )All 'arrivo, dopo l'accettazione mi dicono che devo pagare un ticket e non mi chiedono nemmeno il GP. Vado alle casse automatiche e non accettano Postepay o contanti. Vado al cup 20 persone davanti. Dopo circa 1/2 h riesco a pagarlo alle casse automatiche con una carta che non uso mai. Torno al reparto e mi dicono che non serve e di andare al Cup a richiedere il rimborso. 2) finito il test mi dicono di andare il 21/3 a ritirare l 'esito e che se non era pronto di chiedere del Dottore 3) vado il 23/03 mercoledi e mi dicono che posso ritirarlo solo il lunedi e giovedi dalle 08.30 alle 13.00 e mi scrivono un biglietto con orari e num di telefono del Dottore 4) telefono il 24/3 giovedi e dopo 5/6 telefonate finalmente il Dottore mi risponde e mi dice che per ritirarla devo: o portare il Signore (87 anni) o munirmi di delega. Forse se mi dicevano tutto il 7/3 facevamo prima . PiΓΉ che un Ospedale al servizio dei cittadini Γ¨ un disservizio. Ed Γ¨ gestito da dei laureati che forse non hanno studiato la burocrazia italiana. A disservice behind the other Pavilion A On 7/3/2022 I accompany a gentleman (87 years old) to carry out a psycholigic test. 1) Upon arrival, after acceptance they tell me that I have to pay a ticket and they don't even ask me for the GP. I go to the automatic cashiers and they don't accept Postepay or cash. I go to the cup 20 people up front. After about 1/2 h I can pay it at the automatic teller machines with a card that I never use. I go back to the department and they tell me that it is not needed and to go to the Cup to request a refund. 2) after the test they tell me to go on 21/3 to collect the result and that if he was not ready to ask for the Doctor 3) I go on Wednesday 23/03 and they tell me that I can only collect it on Monday and Thursday from 08.30 to 13.00 and they write me a ticket with the Doctor's hours and telephone number 4) I call on Thursday 24/3 and after 5/6 calls the Doctor finally answers me and tells me that to collect it I have to: or bring the Lord (87 years old) or equip me with a proxy. Maybe if they told me everything on 7/3 we did before. More than a hospital serving citizens, it is a disservice. And it is run by graduates who may not have studied Italian bureaucracy. mio papa' ha fatto il trapianto di rene con la dottoressa Fontana 16 anni fa . donna straordinaria! Reparto e staff splendido e anche in tutti questi anni nelle visite di controllo il reparto di nefrologia fantastico. Ringrazio la dottoressa Marsano e il dottor Bellini sempre disponibili. Aime' non posso dire lo stesso per quanto riguarda il reparto di cardiochirurgia. purtroppo mio papa' ha fatto un intervento al cuore a ottobre 2019. L'intervento e' andato bene ma me l'hanno fatto morire per un infezione .
my dad had a kidney transplant with doctor Fontana 16 years ago. extraordinary woman! Wonderful department and staff and also in all these years in the checkups the nephrology department fantastic. I thank Dr. Marsano and Dr. Bellini always available. Aime 'I can't say the same for the heart surgery department. unfortunately my dad underwent heart surgery in October 2019. The surgery went well but they made me die of an infection.

Not a good experience with the first aid post. 3 hour wait while there were people who waited 5 hours already. No information except some sort of priority board that showed us and others easily waiting for another 3 hours. We left. It was for a suspected bladder infection... so if you go here for something not super demanding, dont go..

I had my son born here. Very good experience with all the doctors and nurses. He was a pre-term so required extra care which was well provided by the hospital staff. They did all checkups regularly of both mother and son. We left happily with our baby after 12 days of care. They also call and schedule appointment for regular health checkups of my son. Both doctors and nurses are friendly, kind and ready to help if one has any doubts or questions. Non EU citizens must go to the nearest police headquarter (Questura) and ask for information regarding the integration of the new born in the system as soon as possible. Get a passport for the new born and approach either CAF or ANOLF to understand on how to integrate the new born in the permit of stay of the mother. This will help the parents to avoid any future complications regarding the permit of stay of the child.
